I am very familiar…read morewith returns as I manage a team that oversees 14-18 online vendors with many of them being on Amazon, Walmart, and Costco. So, criss-cross apple sauce everyone STORYTIME I When you're a manufacturer/vendor and you agree to be on Amazon whereas you sell to Amazon and then Amazon sells to its customers, most vendors choose to pay Amazon 2% for handling the returns. This means that the returns do not go back to the manufacturer or the vendor. Please note that in Seller Central, there is also a similar program but some sellers can opt to have returns returned to them. Steelz from what I saw on their shelves seems to be a home for returning goods from various stores and platforms. It also looks like Steelz is the local recipient of left-over stock that Costco and others don't want on their shelves anymore. STORYTIME II Ever since the asterisk in the upper right-hand corner of the price matrix sign at Costco? If you see the asterisk, it means that the item has a number of days before it leaves Costco. That item may or may not sell out. If it doesn't sell out, meaning sealed, factory new items are left over, Steelz will most likely buy them at a discount ( liquidated price agreed upon with Costco and others ) and then Steelz is now the owner of the inventory of sealed and new items as well as any returns that Steelz wants to buy. While I walked through Steelz, I noticed many items from Costco. I couldn't determine whether or not the pricing at Steelz was indeed a deal. In my opinion, a couple of dollars saving wasn't worth it for me but I do see value for customers who are not Costco members. If didn't have a Costco membership but wanted to shop at Costco, then Steelz is potentially a great deal. Steelz also has many Kirkland products in smaller individual sizes like toilet paper and paper towels. We didn't buy anything at Steelz that day but I would be interested in going back and doing some more looking and pricing. There's been some discussion about the return policy or returning products overall. I can't speak on this topic since I have not purchased anything. If I do purchase anything and if I have to return anything, I'll update this review.

And no it wasn't written on the box. The scale was also dirty. Then I got a box with two cast iron pans. Because of history, I decided to open them in the parking lot. The, big one was used with rust. All in it grease all down the sides of the pans grease all over the bottom with rust, and the protective handle was breaking off in tiny pieces. Needless to say , 13 minutes after purchase, I was refused my money back and had to get a Shop card. When its the stores fault, the store needs to issue a refund. The Prices are more than Costco's prices. at least when you go to Costco, you get great customer service, refund, and reliability. BTW where is the owner?

The second I walked in the door, I was greeted by a grinning group of women-all who looked like they were having the time of their lives working here (how can I get in on that fun?!) One of the kind women welcomed me and explained some specials that the store was hosting that day. I grabbed a cart-I knew I was in for it. I browsed the clothing aisles and found several gems. I appreciate that everything is so clean-often, thrift stores have an odor, but it was noticeably absent here. The clothing appeared to be higher quality than I've seen in other second hand stores too. Beyond clothing, they also have household goods, seasonal décor, kitchen stuff, etc. I browsed those items briefly, but it was the clothing that got me. I left with several cute new-to-me outfits that I'm excited to wear. The prices were very reasonable, too! Every time I come to Boise, I'll make sure I plan a trip out to my new favorite thrift store.

I believe the last couple times I checked it out, I didn't really find anything. But I felt like today could be a good day to find some treasures so I made my way in. This store is always busy! There were so many people here today. And every time I drive by, there is always a lot full of cars. That's always a good sign, you're bound to find something neat here if they are always so busy! I only had one thing in mind to find and that was anything antique. I made my way to the back to see what they had and boy was it all pretty. There were a few plate sets that were stunning. Teacup sets and old plates with roses on them. All stunners but all very expensive. There was a teacup set that really caught my eye. As much as I wanted to get it, I just couldn't pull the trigger cause of the price. No one really talked to me, everyone was in their own world. I like the set up of the shop and how clean it is. I appreciate an organized store. Some things were practically priced and some things just made you shake your head. I'm sure I'll make my way back. And hopefully next time I'll find something that is old and stunning but will always fit my price budget.

Since I'm old enough to recall the Pic and Save years of how this store was designed, I expected to find a weird selection of cast-offs from other stores here. No more! Its no longer the hodge podge of closeouts and seconds from other stores. Wandering inside looking for a mattress, I was amazed to find an entire furniture section of new, regularly stocked items. Most looked like they were from Ashley furniture. Name brands of mattresses for really reasonable prices. Beds, couches, dressers, etc...Lots of furniture choices at a fraction of the cost of the big furniture stores or online retailers. Mattress prices and quality on par with Costco. Since moving into the area, this is one of my go-to stores for furniture. Purchased a king sized bed here for $480 that cost more than triple that elsewhere. In addition, they have rugs, sheets, decor, kitchen items, etc. Another plus is that the employees are super friendly and helpful. They also have a rewards program that offers 20% off everything in store and online on certain days. And a generous return policy make this place a winner.

I come here for gift sets and stuff to cook and clean with. I came here to see if I could find anything left like toilet paper and canned goodies. I also needed some extra cleaning essentials. I was having a hard time finding hand soap and one person just went the extra mile and I would have never anticipated such service. Omar is a gem. I don't know if he just got there, but he asked me if he could help me find something. He told me the hand soap was in the back and he went to do something else. Then out of the blue when I was about ready to buy what I did find he came back and led me to what I was looking for. Thank-you for being there.

That all changed yesterday when we made a donation of quite a bit of electronic goods from my parents home. There are carts outside to leave your donations but make sure to follow the rules and guidelines online about what you can leave and what items like LCD screens and monitors have a fee for donating. Inside the Reuseum is a treasure trove of all sorts of electronic goodies from years past. If you're an electronic enthusiast, you will find yourself here for awhile reminiscing about the past and how much electronics has changed over the years. I happen to find two Polaroid cameras from the early 1960s and quickly snapped them up. If you're not looking for nostalgia but actually need a particular cable à la Fry's Electronics, you'll most likely find it here. Reuseum is a cool place and definitely warrants a visit if you have a fondness for all things electronically.

And if they do take them, they charge you plenty. Government rules they tell me. I hope most everybody's caught on by now. The thrift stores, St. Vincent in particular, will take smart devices only. The county dump will take all such devices, but if you want to do that for free, make sure it's the only sort of thing you have in the truck. Cannot do an electronics run and an ordinary trash run at the same time. Other than that, the Reuseum is kind of awesome.
