Sales begin on Saturday at a set price, and the price goes down each day. The trade off, of course, is you get the best selection on Saturdays, but the best prices at the end of the next week. So far, I have been only on a Wednesday and a Thursday. It was super picked over, and unfortunately, people take things out and throw them about while rummaging, so pieces are sometimes missing or broken. However, there are still some deals to be had even if you wait. My most recent purchases were a phone case and a silicone spatula set. Amazingly, both were still in the original packaging, and both sell for over $20 each on Amazon. Got them for $2 each.

This DG has been updated fairly recently, so it's nicer than the ones closer to me. Floors have been redone, and the merchandise is better kept in order. The female clerk who usually seems to be working is also very nice and helpful. Dollar General offers some decent sales and good coupons one day a week that make it my place to stock up on drinks when they work together.
