I don't normally shop at Lowe's but I went here and purchased a grill for my husband for Christmas…read more I placed the order well before time and requested the grill be assembled since they didn't have the one I purchased already put together. I got a notification that my order was canceled and nobody could seem to tell me why. I requested a refund and was told they couldn't do it because a gift card was sent and I had to purchase the grill a second time. Eddrick did take 10% off which was taxes but I was upset I had to purchase the grill twice. He promised the grill would be ready for pickup the next day due to the error. I get there the next day and everyone in returns is telling me my grill wouldn't be ready until 1/3. Mr. Tony was a god send and helped me and went personally and pulled the grill from the back. Nobody seemed to know what was going on. He was my only saving grace in me getting that grill before Christmas. I will never order anything for pickup here again. Customer service there definitely needs work
