They were handing out small shopping lists of items that are vital for their ministry, and they advised us that skinless chicken breast was their most urgent need. We were very glad to help, and we're happy to see that Save A Lot gave these people an opportunity to share the gospel at their store.

Like other discount grocery stores, come with a quarter to rent a cart, and bring your own bags, or be prepared to bring things home in boxes. It's no-frills, but it's quick, cheap, and easy.

Once inside the store, my first stop is at the butcher department. Ring the bell and a very helpful young man will come out and load my cart with the meats. The Brass family has owned and operated this business for over 100 years. Annually they celebrate their birthday by discounting many products throughout the store as a way of thinking they're loyal customers. Just another way of exhibiting their hospitality and care for the community.

I'm one of those people who can actually walk past the beautiful looking donuts which are slightly on the left eye side after entering the store. Less tempted by donuts, I'll always stop to consider a slice of their pizza, or rather two slices. Two bucks for two slices is always a big lure. The place at Yorkshire always has good looking pies and sometimes they catch me like I catch fish using their pretty worms. Generally the service is great, fast and professional. Entering and driving around the parking area could be tricky sometimes, but besides that everything is good. When the job was finished, they said that if the issue comes back Victor Furniture would fix it under warranty. Well... a few months later, the same wrinkle re-appeared. It took multiple calls to get a response from Amanda, their contact. When I told Amanda they originally fixed it, she said we would have to pay AGAIN. Finally, after explaining we were told it was covered from a repair this year, they agreed it was under warranty, but on the service date no one showed up. They I had to spend multiple calls trying to get someone to come out. When they did, they told me that it would be hundreds of dollars to fix. I'm really disappointed with their service.
