I purchased artisanal bread, 2 lbs bananas, 5 pounds yellow potatoes, milk, eggs, 5 pounds flour, beef stock, mushrooms and blueberries, and the total was $24. Score! Like other discount grocery stores, come with a quarter to rent a cart, and bring your own bags, or be prepared to bring things home in boxes. It's no-frills, but it's quick, cheap, and easy.

I love their pickle selection, especially the marinated mushrooms and artichoke hearts. The fastest way to make myself eat a salad at home is to sprinkle it literally with either of these. Then I noticed there was a sale in the cookie aisle - particularly a brand of ginger snaps: Score!! The meat aisle is fantastic if you buy in bulk - buy large quantities and chopping it up at home myself has become my go-to way to save money.

I do thinking was another supermarket before though, so Tops may also just be working with what they bought. The veges here are varied and fresh, I imagine the townspeople probably make that happen. Since its small the parking lot is too, but it's easy parking. It's still a chain, so 3 stars.

I was charged $240, and now I have to wait 2-3 business days, hopefully, to get my money back. To make matters worse, before cashing me out, the cashier was speaking negatively about other customers, which really says a lot about the level of customer service. Overall, this was a terrible experience. I wasted my time, left without my groceries, and now have to wait for my money to be returned. Very disappointing customer service and an experience I would not want to repeat. Only way to solve issues is not to return and choose other stores.

This isn't a grocery store -- it's a lifestyle choice. 10/10, would wake up early again.

This is a great store with fantastic deals, however, I am only giving this review three stars…read morebecause I had a bad experience with the reverse vending machines. I went there a few days ago to do a bottle redemption; I had a bag full of 7 bottles, but only one bottle was accepted. The rest were rejected. And all the bottles I tried putting in the machines were brands carried by Wegmans (Brisk, Vitamin Water, Snapple, etc), plus they had 5¢ deposits marked on them. I tried feeding them into the machines, but I kept repeatedly getting error messages from the machines. Customer service did squat for me except give me 5¢ for the one bottle that was accepted. Come here for groceries, but go elsewhere for bottle redemption.
