I went there a few days ago to do a bottle redemption; I had a bag full of 7 bottles, but only one bottle was accepted. The rest were rejected. And all the bottles I tried putting in the machines were brands carried by Wegmans (Brisk, Vitamin Water, Snapple, etc), plus they had 5¢ deposits marked on them. I tried feeding them into the machines, but I kept repeatedly getting error messages from the machines. Customer service did squat for me except give me 5¢ for the one bottle that was accepted. Come here for groceries, but go elsewhere for bottle redemption.

In store sub line still sucks and it's still slow, but if you pre-order on the app for pickup it's great 80% of the time now. They did cut the meat portions by like 50% in the last 2 1/2 years,forget things like the extra oil on the side, cut it wrong, forget toppings, skimp on toppings... here and there, but it's better than it was. Sushi: 4.5 stars out of 5. Filling portions have gone down some in the last 2 1/2 years, but quality is still good. It's rare to get old mushy avocado in their sushi now. They always have great new rolls to try. Staff are always friendly working that section too. Pizza: 3 stars out of 5. Parking lot and cart staff: 5 stars It's so clean and debris free. Carts are always orderly as well as restocked quickly. This place is incredible. The prices are right on the mark and the quality of their products is out of this world. I'm not exaggerating. My family has been taking their deer here for processing for many years and they make the best tasting venison hot dogs and jerky, amongst many other things. Their business is meat processing but they also have a nice little storefront that is fully stocked with a great variety of meats and cheeses. This past summer, I purchased all of the beef burgers and hot dogs that I needed for a big birthday party I was having and it was super reasonable and everything tasted great. I will never buy hot dogs, burgers, or steaks from the grocery store again. I like to go to Falconer's and stock up on everything I'll need to feed my family for a while. It's great to have a large chest freezer and fill it up with good stuff from here! The last time I was there, I ended up buying myself some beef jerky treats and they did not last in my house. Super yummy. This place is definitely worth a trip. You won't want to buy your meats anywhere else after you've gone here.

The deli case which holds open product has never been cleaned and has mold growing in random locations. The counter with the slicers is peeling and is now held down with duct tape. The deli case for the subs does not get cleaned and is constantly freezing and thawing. No associate within the deli washes there hands before/during or after handling raw chicken/hamburger. Or even at the start or during there shift. The cheese case (on the sales floor) many of the product is expired by a few months to weeks to days. Along with some product the expiration date is crossed off. (Go check for your self). I know this was I used to be an associate until I walked out.
