Am I the only one that goes to various DT trying to find random beauty items? Ok so don't knock it til you try it. Lots of DTs have dupes of higher priced beauty items and they're a buck and a quarter, so YES I will give them a try. Surprisingly, this DT was organized really well and I was able to find some great items. The store was clean and there weren't too many boxes strewn about. My issue was the line, chile the line!!!! There was ONE person working for a good portion of my time in line, so it took a while to get out. I try to pack my patience because of the great deals. Hopefully that improves. read more

Literally the worst dollar tree around. Shelves are empty and if they're not empty the items are all over the place in no particular order. there's boxes everywhere & the people that work there are cackling and talking loud to each other while they are slowly scanning customers merchandise. 100 percent do not recommend coming here. read more

What a completely chaotic visit this was. I have to preface this with the fact that my visit here was during the holiday rush and people were buying the small things and stocking stuffers. But with that, it was still extremely chaotic. As a side note, I did not come in here for holiday items. I came in here to grab myself some snacks at home and anything else that caught my eye. Which, I would come to find out, was a horrible mistake to make on this particular trip. I was oblivious of the amount of people in the store as I was just going about in my own little world. I had my airpods in and I was just heading for the food items. When I finally came around to take in the surroundings, I noticed what was going on and saw the chaos. When I say chaos, I mean chaos. It looked like they had announced that there was a blowout sale. People were everywhere. Even though there were tons of people in here, there were only two registers running. With the mad rush of holiday purchases, this turned into a hour long expedition. This store is setup where the aisles are two long, separated by a main aisle and then the back of the store. Each portion of the aisle was what you would find at a normal grocery store. Those lines were extremely long. When I went to get in the line, I was a bit confused, I had no idea where the lines started. When I had figured it out, they were halfway down the section portion of the aisles. I stood there and just noticed how annoyed other people had gotten with this. The amount of items that were just dropped by customers that gave up on waiting and left the items and vacated the store. I stuck it out and as soon as I got to within sight of the registers they decided to open a third register. After jumping over to that line, which helped me avoid the customers with full carts, I was out the door shortly after. read more

It was a lot of diverse items at this location. Unfortunately the check out line was ridiculous. It was two cashiers and one kept telling us she was closed. She was complaining about how she had been there an extra two hours already. read more

If I could give zero stars I would. One star is too much for this store, that seems to hire the rudest and nastiest cashiers and managers who could give a SH**T about helping you or opening up more than one line on a Saturday afternoon, when the store is packed with people. I thought I had seen some pretty crappy businesses in my 59 years on this planet. But, today was the worst, after waiting in line for over 30 minutes and watching three separate lines of customers trying to snake into the one line open because "it was a shift change" . I saw an employee who looked like a manager walking away this chaotic mess of people arguing about who was next in line, I asked her nicely about when they were opening another line and she said "I don't really care they will figure it out, I am off the clock" and walked out the door. That was the last straw for me and I made the decision to abandon my cart and take my six year old granddaughter out to the car after promising her a trip to the 1.25 store for Halloween decorations. Had this been the first time I experienced rude employees at this store, it would not have been such a huge deal but this was the third time in about six months I had to deal with extremely rude and downright nasty employees that I won't be coming back ever again. We abandoned our cart and went to five below instead. I don't know who the management is at this store but they need to be fired for having employees talking to their customers like this. If you hate your job that much go work somewhere else, don't take it out on your customers who help to pay your salary. I will Pay the extra couple dollars and go to five below instead, at least you will be treated with respect there. read more

Can I suggest to the management /owner of this location to get employees ASAP. At least 3 registers should be open at all times , on Sat it was 100 people waiting in line and it took me a good 30 mins waiting in a long line. The cashier was burned out .. and the store was not stocked at all.. very messy. This is a very busy Dollar Tree and it should have at least 10 employees working .. at least on Saturdays !! read more

Probably understaffed, but you would expect that for a store this deeply discounted. Be wary of the quality of the products, but you can save so much money here that I have to recommend it to anyone who is of lower or middle income to really make that budget stretch. Great for when you need an item for a single use (party supply especially). You don't always save money if the amount is small or the quality is less than you need, so you have to consider a lot of factors to save the most. But I'm glad it's there for sure. I like the toiletry/cosmetic aisle. It comes in handy if I need Benedril or first aid cream. I also like the press on nails. Why pay $6 for the same design at Walmart or a beauty store? This location is okay but there was only one register open most of the time I was waiting to pay. read more

This establishment has awful service. Today I knew I was going in there to get a bulk order if glasses. I asked a gentleman if they had some in the back that was still in boxes to save the cashiers from having to individually wrap each one. Unfortunately there was not, so I felt awful that this was going to be time consuming. I then asked if they had empty boxes that I can pre place them in so that it saves time from wrapping, and he was very helpful and supplied me with 2 empty boxes. I placed all glasses (exact same glass) in the boxes carefully and as I rolled up to the closest cashier I hear her say , " why didn't she go in line 2" (which happened to have the same gentlemen that had supplied me with the boxes)...I will say it was in a very snarky manner. Although kept a smiling face when it became my turn to check out......I asked if she had paper that "I"can place around the glasses but that I already had them in boxes so she wouldn't have to do so, and she shook her head (not a word) and rolled her eyes. She yelled over to the other cashier and made a sarcastic comment along the lines of "weren't you helping her? what do I do?" He simply stated that you tale one glass a d scan it 20x (this surely has to be much more simple than bagging 20 items, she only had to hand me 1 glass back (unbagged). As she was checking me out I knew that I was feeding off of her irritation because the customer service at that point was a absolutely terrible, I simply said "can I ask you a question? are you pissed because I stepped into your line with all of my glasses?" she replied "no, i just figured that he helped you he should check you out"...i than stated " I actually put them in boxes so that it helped from having you to wrap them and honestly, ringing up 20 glasses seemed to be super simple because of that"....she said " I am not going to debate this with you, do you want your receipt?" I said yes and took the receipt and asked her name. Tyrese either needs to lighten up or needs to be replaced. If I rolled up to her counter with 20 glasses to wrap, she still should have had a positive attitude or at least fake it. I took into a huge consideration that I needed the glasses but didn't want to have one spend time to wrap each one individually.....so she should have been happy about that. The only reason why I have 2 stars is because the gentleman that did help, did just that, and in the long run it helped Tyrese out. AWFUL AWFUL AWFUL customer service. read more

I have never had a problem at any Dollar Tree besides this one. We went to get balloons for a friends birthday and while we were picking them out, we got reprimanded for helping ourselves to the balloons. There are no signs indicating to ask for assistance, the staff was so rude about the whole situation. If we are not supposed to grab balloons then there should be a sign. Got yelled at twice which is ridiculous, the staff had such poor attitudes and were very impolite. An attitude check is definitely in order. read more
