I am used to thinking that one gets better service in a mom and pop shop, and not to dis those at all, but the woman who helped us was so generous and truly helpful. She 'held' the 30 % offer for us for a couple of days, even though it had officially ended, and she even let us 'borrow' a cushion we wanted to try out at home, and she lent us the fabric sample for a couple of days to help us make a decision. This was all on trust. Also, the store, overall, is lovely, with a lot attention paid to detail in the merchandising. Their kitchen section is great. All the staff were very attentive. Parking has been no problem whenever I've gone, though I tend to go in the evening. I find this store easy to navigate, and the racks tend to be organized/well looked after. The few times I've been here I've found it to have good selection and I have always been able to find my size in what I am wanting. The staff here seem helpful and the do offer to grab alternate sizes if something doesn't fit when you're trying it on. I find Gap Factory clothes tend to fit a bit different and have different cuts and material qualities than original Gap (I actually googled this and see that Gap Factory clothes are made specifically for Gap Factory only), and I find some things are better than others when shopping at Gap Factory.I tend to find myself heading to the factory store if I need some basic tee's for layering, jeans and cardigans.

You won't find Monopoly here, but you will find the popular games that many of the large toy stores don't carry like Dominion, Munchkin, Catan, etc. On the back wall there is a solid selection of Ravensberger puzzles and in the front corner of the store has a healthy comic book rack. The far side of the store contains Warhammer paraphernalia. They have three tables set up with terrain along the far wall. The majority of the Warhammer stock is 40K so if you're a base player, you'll find the selection limited. I overheard the owner talking to some customers that he likes to hear what people are talking about before he orders stock in so if you want something, ask.
