My wife and I are so glad we went with Ocean Tents for our small backyard wedding. First, Ocean has…read moreeverything you need to set up your event from big things like tents and lights, but also small things like seat cushions and wine glasses. For us it was so helpful to only deal with one vendor for all of these things, especially as we were the ones planning the wedding. Second, Ocean was great to work with. We started with a site visit where one of their team members came to our backyard and helped us determine exactly what size tent we would need and think through things like additional lighting. As we had more questions (do we need a tent floor? Do we need a dance floor?) I would call Ocean and always get very supportive and informed answers. I called them a lot and never once felt like I was a burden to them, even when I talked through various lighting schemes that we had no idea about whether they would work. I never felt like they were trying to upsell us on more items - I felt like they really just wanted us to get what was right for us. Taylor and her team treated us respectfully and we're incredibly accommodating to our requests! A final note on customer service - the delivery team was also great. Really nice, really friendly and great to work with. Overall, we ended up with great furniture and rentals for our wedding! I would highly recommend you consider them for your event!

We went back and forth with them on the order no less than 15 times (to tweak number of chairs, tables, color of table clothes, add accessories, etc.) to get the details just right. Every time I called, a real live person picked up and was able to amend the order and sent me the revised invoice. I even amended the order literally the night before the event and they were able to accommodate me. Payment online was easy. And the guys who set up the event were very nice and spent time getting everything just right. One great thing about Ocean Tents is that you can cancel your tent 48 hours before the event if the weather is going to be good. Only issue with the order was that we couldn't find a couple of the tablecloths for the bars and by that point it was too late to do anything about it. But thankfully the Physick House (who uses Ocean Tents exclusively) kept a few extra tablecloths that we were able to use. In response to the one negative review about the lack of help, I would say that my experience was somewhat similar in that they Ocean Tents is not great at offering advice. But if you know what you want and have specific questions, they will answer them. For example, we needed a wireless microphone and speaker system for the event and they helped us to choose the right one for our needs (which it turned out was the least expensive option!). Their website has a lot of helpful info and should be the starting point for your order.

My sister was in Eastern star and her colors were coral and Teal. I spoke with Linda as originally I had wanted a grapevine wreath. No one has them so I decided on a spray of coral or peach. When I arrived it really stood out. I had them add a butterfly which went in the casket before they closed the lid. My uncle at the very agile age of 91 was in the hospital when she was. Went home on Hospice. I wanted something small but patriotic. I remember the anchor tattoo he had from the navy. I was aware he was to be cremated. I called them back and again got Linda. We talked back and forth with ideas. It needed to be small as it was in the church. Also he was in and urn to go in the wall. So I wanted a planter. With a few flowers of red white and blue. I called in advance to see if they could find a small flower and anchor. I saw it yesterday and it was perfect. It sat beside the urn. The flag fresh red white and blue flowers in the planter. The bow one side red white and blue and the other side of the basket joining it was a ribbon of anchors. Many thanks. A very decent price for both. I definitely recommend them. I know with indoor children's places it's hard to fully avoid germs since kids will be kids and sneeze and slobber. But just wanted to warn parents of this possible reality of visiting any indoor play gyms. And to the owner - please ramp up your sanitizing frequency. The pros : It's pretty big length-wise. There's 2 ball pits (one large and one small) and lots of tunnels overhead. There's also a big bucket style merry go round. The floors are all padded and well kept. These seem new. There's an interactive overhead projector that displays games in back room The cons : the pirate ship is kind of old and needs some new paint, the plastic bubbles on the walls are crusty. Tickle game is not really responsive and is too high for the little toddlers to reach even with step stool. The stage/camera area isn't very fun. Piano is super old and some keys don't work. Overall I would still give this place a good solid 4 stars. The kids seem to enjoy the ball pits enough to spend an hour. It was hot the day we went, so we stuck to apple picking and cooled off at the marketplace afterward (skipped the maze and sunflowers). The cider and donuts were just okay compared to other farms I've been to, but the apple cider slush? Totally addictive (even if it's $9 -- ouch). Once the sun eased up later in the afternoon, we stopped by to see the goats and chickens and hopped on the hay ride -- the perfect cozy ending to the day.
