GO SOMEWHERE ELSE! I regret getting a loan with them! Very frustrating set up process. Underwriters make no sense for making me sign and reading information to me twice. Waste of my time! So many hoops to jump through. Then my 2 perfectly good debit cards were denied to send money direct deposit. It has to be there system malfunctioning because I never had that issue before even when I got a loan from them before. Provo location Felicity and Alberto. New people working there and did not want to accommodate any requests that made it easier for me. Very annoying process. I would only choose here if you have exhausted all other options! read more

The people here are friendly and helpful. You will pay a high interest and like any short term loan, this shouldn't be used as a long term solution. But if you're in a tight spot and don't have the best credit this is a good place to go. They were also helpful when I changed jobs which resulted in my payday changing. Theu were able to adjust my due date to match my new paydays. All in all I've been happy with them and would recomend them to a friend that needed a bit of extra cash last minute. read more

Liars! Came from another county to come to the Provo store. Double checked what was needed not only before we left the house but also when we walked in the door. It took over an hour for them just to input my application information into the computer (to busy talking to each other) when asked for my number my husband answered because I never call myself. She then asked me 3x if the phone was mine and i answered yes each time. They then decided they had to have a phone bill with my name on it. I am not one for contracts and so my phone is prepaid. I could show them the account online but it wasnt a bill so they refused. I told them that not once is it mentioned anywhere that by them, their advertisements, or their website that it was a requirement. Called in to speak to a manager where he stated what was required. Again no phone bill was mentioned, he says its not required, but it is I said. He stated that only if they felt your number wasnt yours... who makes these decisions? Because my husband held the phone they are uncertain? They could call it and get my voicemail and everything while I sat there in the store, but instead they wasted 2 hours of my time, and still told me that the non required phone bill was required. Talk about prejudice, they are it. I will not recommend them to anyone for their false advertisement, obvious prejudice behavior, and their shitty customer relations from slowness to straight up lies. read more

When I paid this loan off there was a $6 lien change fee however, because I paid off the loan the next business day she did not mail out my title to the DMV. She still charged me $6 for a lien change that was never processed. She initially said it was a documentation fee which was again another lie.I just wonder who is keeping that money? They called me today to re-open my account. When I tried to ask her about that $6 fee she got super heated and hung up the phone. Their rates are WAY HIGHER than any competitor I went too! Decided to go in today and there was a great experience with one of the employees, as I entered a woman in a dollar loan center shirt (which I was advised was the manager) looked at me and proceeded to look at the two young ladies besides her without saying a word, (almost pathetic for a manager if you ask me) One of the females went ahead and decided to help me and answered my many questions, she was very professional and in my opinion was clean and outstanding (as a manager should be but after some clarification she explained to me how she was not the manager at this time and her name was Carmen). She was extremely helpful and professional which I can say was the complete oposite of what their so called "manager" Linsey was doing. It's almost a shame that they're letting such a professional and young talent be under the supervision of someone like Li of someone like Linsey. I'm only leaving a 5-star review because of the young lady who helped me. (Carmen) if it wasn't for her this place wouldn't have even been worth my time of day for the review.
