They are focused on money. Not employees nor customers. They push you to work overtime constantly…read moreand make it difficult to take time off. The benefits are some of the worst for any company I've worked for. They are always looking for ways to reduce bonuses. They will take you off the dialer if you take more than 7 calls and without a sale to make outbound calls till you can get one. They will fight you for every penny. Not paying for licenses under some conditions. Holding on to your appointments for 6 months after termination. They are only concerned with how much they make off you. Those that like working there are in the minority from my experience. I know lot's of the employees that have been doing this for years and they either have quit or want to.

As a current employee I wan to say this about the other review. You are required to make sales…read more That is part of the job description as a Licensed Sales Agent. During AEP/OEP OT is a requirement. If you fail to make a sale after a certain number of calls yes you are taken off since each lead you get has a cost. If he would think about how much it would cost him if he had to pay for each lead he would understand. At a cost of about $50 per lead, I am sure he would be begging to get off the phones. If you were hired and the company paid for your licensing and appointments and you failed to uphold your end of the agreement, yes the company holds your appointments. GoHealth drives employees to succeed unfortunately the previous reviewer was just not sales oriented and could not meet his expectations as an agent. Ignore the previous review as he is blaming his failure on the company.
