It truly feels like a team effort. The store also seems to be well staffed, so checkout is usually quick, and I rarely have to wait in a long line. On the rare occasion I've needed to exchange or return an item, the process has always been quick and hassle-free. The staff handles returns professionally and never makes it difficult.
