I decided to go actually visited a few of them and I could not believe it the same brand scrubs I paid high prices for at unbelievable prices (Cherokee, Dickies, Healing Hands, etc..). They have all-for-all clothes, HomeGoods, automotive, makeup, shoes, and everything for everyone at super good prices. Now don't expect prestige service staff can and will be rude at times I experienced that in all stores that I visited, but with those prices I did not mind.

There is no one in the front, I stroll to the back and see a gentle men unloading boxes further away. After grabbing my items and heading to the front, I was about to go and ask the gentleman to assist me (as no one is in the front) when a woman appears (Shantel my cashier I now know). I say good morning, and she looks at me and says nothing. Continuing looking at her cell phone. I'm taken aback as normally a hello is to be responded to, however she continues looking at her phone, quietly checks me out and I'm stuck thinking about one thing. Customer service is dying, and I won't be returning. A small positive interaction breeds a returning customer. I will not be back as I fear it was a stress to simply say hello, and if you found everything okay.

There is a lot of clothing here... and even a separate section for men's clothing. Most sections in the clothing area seem to be sorted by color rather than size, however. Along the left wall and in the back and on top of some clothing shelves are the miscellaneous stuff and bric a brac. Some things are reasonably priced and others are just crazy expensive -- especially for a thrift store. We browsed, but didn't wind up buying anything. Nothing really jumped out and to me, most of the clothing seemed rather cheap in quality. I'm glad we stopped by though. Now we know.

On three separate Friday's around 1 PM, I've watched associates remove the "color of the week" clothing from the racks and place it onto an Z-rack. When customers try to look through those items, they are told not to take anything off the rack. I asked an associate why the color of the week was being pulled while customers were still shopping. I was told they needed the hangers and that the sale color was ending the next day or so anyway. If that's the store's policy, it seems misleading to advertise a weekly color discount while actively removing those items from the floor before the week is over. Shoppers who come later in the day are essentially being denied access to the same sale items others had earlier. Management may want to look into this practice, because it creates a frustrating and inconsistent experience for customers.
