A lower priced grocery store from Germany but is often messy and crowded…read more Aldi has some good grocery, pantry and other items. If you look around, you can find some good organic or quality ingredients such as breads, pasta, meat and cheese. There's not a great selection of fruits and veggies. They also have some household items and knick knacks. The lines are often long and snaking, and I've walked out a few times because of it. I generally prefer Lidl over Aldi. The Plaza also has a Michael's, Sierra, Tjmaxx, and Party City.

My daughter was very upset and they didn't do anything, they acted rude and didn't even apologize.

The name is the stereotypical defensive answer to the hypothetical inquiry "Is this fresh?" Foodstamps, or SNAP as they now call it, are frequently in use here. The interior is farmer-market style, with mostly veggies for sale and the obligatory gefilte fish I found in the back. It turned out to be very good, actually. Avoid if you are looking for organically grown, fresh veggies or a traditional supermarket. There's only one register open at all times so sometimes a line goes all the way to the back of the store for checkout. There's a total of 3 workers there. One stocks shelves, one on the register and what looks like a manager who walks around the store thinking it looks good. There's freezers and fridges leaking water into the aisles. The only good thing I saw was that they had a wet floor sign up. I can't speak on the meat section because I wouldn't even think to buy meats from here. There's piles of dirt and garbage with brooms blocking some aisles. Overall I'm not sure how the health dept hasn't seen any red flags out of this place. It's a shame because it's located in a nice area.
