It was valid for one free Tillamook ice cream product (up to $8.99). When I tried to use it at the self checkout, it wouldn't scan. An employee came over to help and said he needed to check with customer service. When he returned, he told me they don't accept coupons "from that website." I explained that the coupon came directly from Tillamook, but he couldn't tell me why it wasn't accepted. At that point, the checkout lines were getting longer, and I didn't want to hold everyone up, so I just removed the ice cream from my order and completed the rest of my purchase. I've never had an issue redeeming manufacturer coupons before, so I was surprised by this experience. I'm wondering if it was because the coupon was for a free item.
