Once we got back there she pointed out that there was a snake in one of the tanks. I asked if I could hold the snake but then I was not expecting the snake to be the size it was. I thought it was like a baby still. Lol so I was scared at first when she pulled it out and was like ehhhhh I don't think I wanna hold it. She goes to put it back in the cage and then I change my mind and wanted to hold it again, so shoutout to that lady for being patient with my crazy self. Anyways, I held this ball python and it actually wasn't bad at all. I've been playfully saying I wanted a pet snake for years but after holding this one I kind of actually really want one! This store was very clean and everyone who worked there was very nice! We received great service here and I'm sure my dad will make this his regular place for horse feed now. The guys who work there also load your car for you when you buy anything that they store in the warehouse so that was nice that we didn't have to carry the heavy bags of feed or anything.

I got there and was by the door a little early, they open at 11 and I was by the dot at 10;57. So first employee gets off his vehicle and greets me with "your going to be a while, we still have to open" so I said ok and let him know I just need a quick propane refill. I didn't mind waiting but what really pissed me off is that a guy comes out at 11:03 dragging his feet acting upset. So I just left him alone let him do his job and refill my propane tank. Once he was done he gave me my tank back then wrote the total in a paper so I can go pay, but in this entire process this guy never looks my way or acknowledges that I exist! So once he puts the ticket my way I grab it and tell him "thank you I appreciate it" and he just walks off!!! I will definitely just keep going to tractor supply in town, they have always been super friendly. Even on Sunday mornings lol!!

I was craving shaved ice like I always do but I never seen one here so I drove all the way to a different city to get my fix. A local told us about this place and I am so happy she did. I've been like 3 times already and it's one of the best shaved ice I've had from a stand. First off, it's like a drive up. You can stay in your car and they'll serve you right out the window which I love. They have a good flavor range and nice additional topping to add. The ice usually shaved nicely. Not chunky. And the syrup has a good flavor and not cheap tasting. I believe they also have dye free options and they do have some sugar free ones as well. They have a cute option for a flower cup which is nice. The lady that runs the stand is very sweet and we got great service from her each time. The last time we went there was a younger girl working but she was also very nice and made the shaved Ice perfectly! I'll always come to this stand when I'm visiting my parents. It's perfect and they also have other food stalls in the same lot for you to try! There is also games in the lil courtyard area behind the stand for families and ppl to enjoy while eating their treats!

I am extremely disappointed with the customer service I received from Bonnie & Clyde's Pools and…read moreSpas in Decatur, TX. On Father's Day, I called looking for a specific pool part. The gentleman who answered confirmed they had the part in stock and mentioned they closed at 3:00 PM. Since I live about 40 minutes away, I told him it was already 2:20 PM, but I would leave immediately and get there as quickly as possible. At no point did he mention that they might lock the doors before 3:00 PM if there were no customers inside. When I was only about three minutes away, I called again to let them know I was almost there. A lady answered and informed me they were shutting down the computers. I explained that I could literally see the store and had driven 40 minutes specifically to purchase the part. I even offered to pay cash if necessary. She replied that they closed at 3:00 PM. I pointed out that it was not yet 3:00 PM and that I was pulling into the parking lot. I asked if the doors would be locked before 3:00 PM if I arrived before closing time. She asked someone nearby whether the doors were already locked. Sure enough, when I pulled in just before 3:00 PM, the doors were locked. Another customer arrived at nearly the same time and was also unable to get in. I completely understand if I had shown up 10 or 15 minutes after closing. However, arriving before the stated closing time after driving 40 minutes--and after calling twice to communicate my arrival--is unacceptable. If a business advertises that it is open until 3:00 PM, customers should reasonably expect to be served until 3:00 PM, not find the doors locked early. Very disappointing experience and poor customer service.
