I have made multiple appointments over the course of two years at the walk-in clinic section of this specific Walgreens, for different vaccine shots. I made my appointments online, filled out my paperwork (digitally), and selected my time and requested service. The majority of the time when I then showed up for the appointment, the staff in the pharmacy had no idea who I was or why I was there. I always had to fill out the paperwork again. But worse, on many of those occassions I was told the shot wasn't available at all--this happened for different vaccines (a Hep series, a COVID booster, etc.). Why I was allowed to select that vaccine and that time when they didn't have it in stock makes no sense. I understand their stock may be in short supply or running late, but if I make an appointment more than a week in advance for a service your website says is available then take time out of my work day to make my appointment only to be told I need to go home and try again by phone on a future date? At minimum, a text alert or call to let me know I needed to reschedule before the time of my scheduled appointment would be greatly appreciated. The automated system usually texts and emails me 3x+ to remind me, can it not tell me to reschedule? The staff either doesn't have access to their online scheduling and information system or they don't check. On a day I was actually able to get the shot I showed up for, it took another 30 minutes because they had to fill out everything I'd already done online and figure out how to "schedule" a vaccine. I've also gotten stuck on a phone alert from this location telling me a non-existant refill (e.g. a refill for something I don't have a refill for) is available. Note--I went to another Walgreens less than a 20 minute drive from this one, in Nashville, a day after I was unable to get a shot here and having completed the paperwork online and selected a time, I arrived--they printed my forms out, had me sign once, then gave me my requested shot. I'll keep going there instead of this location.

I moved to the Ashland City area last year and discovered this little supermarket. Wow... Items…read morethat I've not seen *anywhere else* for years are stocked at this store. My full 5 star review goes to Cash Saver's buyers who don't remove remove items off their shelves just because their competition stopped selling them or the items are slow movers. Seriously, I have shopped stores 5 times their size, like Kroger, Harris Teeter, Giant, Safeway, and Publix. These stores no longer stock a few key life long favorites That Cash Saver still carries. Which Items? To be honest I'm almost afraid to be specific since I can't be the only one looking for these items. If discovered, scalpers who buy stuff just to resale on Amazon will raid Cash Saver's stock for profit. As for the staff's attitude, the few folks I've encountered have been friendly and helpful. True sometimes the younger kids working the registers can be, well, young kids!!, but they do their job well enough. Unless something changes at Cash Saver (knock on Tennessee wood) I will always bring my want list to them first before going to Walmart.

They usually have decent deals on their products which probably save you around 20% if compared to HG Hills in Pleasant View. The staff there are usually friendly and acknowledge your presence. The only thing I would change is the layout near the cash registers. Their seems to be so little space between the line and the aisles that customers end up blocking the aisles very quickly if there is a build up. Not really the employees fault, but something management needs to consider. Also be aware of your surroundings in the parking lot as this is Ashland City and there are plenty of folks that would gladly take the spare change and old French Fries that fell between your seats to exchange for a small increment if their habit. The only other place I go to is Pet Smart so this saves me a trip. TS is a great place to get many things. They have feed for your animals, from farm animals to your pets and outside birds. They have work clothes and some western wear for both men and women. They sell lawn tractors and other implements for yard work like weed eaters and chain saws. I have noticed they carry go carts and such occasionally. They have parts to service most equipment. And yes they have what you need to run a farm with fencing, meds for you cattle and plants and seed. Every time I go I find something new. Even if you don't need anything "for a farm", give it a look around. The staff are very friendly and have a good knowledge of their product and its' uses.
