It's fine: we still use it to hold utensils, but it was a little disappointing to knew that I had bought something damaged. Just be diligent in looking over your item prior to checking out. The one factor that is a bit inconvenient here is the lack of staff checking out people in the front. When I went, there were about five or more people on the front doing inventory or stacking shelves and one staff member pulling double duty helping a woman with perfumes and checking out a line of ten or more customers. If they just got at least two or three more people checking out, I think this would make shopping here more of a breeze than it already is. Worth a shot if you love finding amazing deals!

I have been to this DT multiple times over the past year and have been pleasantly surprised during my last few visits. Not only is the store well stocked, but it is also a lot cleaner, less cluttered and staffed with friendly folks! My most recent visit found me picking up a few more things than I was after because I was able to shop the aisles without tripping over boxes and looking at empty shelves. Overall, they have stepped it up at this location recently and I will happily swing back through when the need arises!

She may have just been having a bad day, but I was a retail manager for almost 6 years and you don't let the customer know you're stressed, treat them harshly for no reason, or talk about your staffing problems at the register loudly (which she also did). Furthermore, I even took a photo after checking in. It is a discount store where you will find some items cheaper than Walmart and even Dollar General Store. For example, they have some sunglasses here that look like Ray Bans. The price is only $2. MSRP is $25. They are pretty good quality sunglasses too. In fact, I like them better than my $20 sunglasses that i bought at Target. The customer service that I received was fast. Mostly, because there wasn't anybody in line to check out. Although, they did have customers in the store browsing their aisles.

I knew Coach meant business. The store was organized, clean and everything was in place. Within a few minutes I was approached by a sales woman. Once I selected a bag, she helped me pick out a matching wallet. She was knowledgeable and professional. Great quality merchandise at a discounted price. I'm happy with my new purse and wallet.

This family dollar appears kind of rough, but it's not as bad inside. Things are well stocked and pretty easy to find- though this location is a bit confusing as they have a ramp in the middle of the store that leads to other items (you will see what I mean if you go in). This particular day they had a few aisles that were messy due to restocking and such, but it wasn't even too bad. The thing I came in here looking for was blocked off by two huge u boats full of stuff, so I just wheeled them out of the way to grab the item- and wheeled them back. Not a huge deal, and I'm sure if I would've asked someone would've done it for me. The employees were friendly during check out which I appreciate. This isn't a place I frequent but it's convenient if you need something cheap.
