Also, it's very spacious and a great way to get your steps in! I make it a goal to visit these shops every year on my birthday which happens to fall in December. Word to the wise: if you want to avoid crowds, it's best to go early and maybe even on a weekday. Most of the stores have really great prices and also some unique finds. However sometimes when the stores get super crowded and the checkout line is wrapped literally around the store, it becomes challenging to see the full scope of everything that is on display. Recently I went on a Saturday afternoon and walked out of two really popular stores simply because they were way too crowded and the long lines were a deterrent. Says a lot about the stores though. People saw some really great deals and were willing to go the distance for them. If you enjoy shopping and the great outdoors, this is the place for you. I am only giving 4 stars because there were a few outlet stores that I would've liked to had seen moved to this location after the Taubman Outlets closed, which wasn't too far away. Having those extra stores there would've really set this place off for me, as being one of the best local hot spots!

In my opinion just because you are a thrift store , items should still be gently used otherwise it's just junk. Everyone's junk is not everyone 's treasure . I'm just saying if you are the staff that is deciding what goes out and what gets trashed , think for one sec and if you won't buy it , most likely no one will. Be mindful of customers time and monies. Clothes were reasonably price . Mattresses were available at this location . Men items and Christmas decor were just ok.

They have less of an attitude about donations compared to Goodwill or Habitat for Humanity. Every worker seemed honestly grateful for each donation. The shopping experience was amazing until we made our way to the checkout and a very rude and disrespectful employee walked out of her checkout lane and yelled at us asking if we are going to checkout and we answered yes and she proceeded to yell that we need to walk back to the end of the lane and wait by the sign LIKE IT SAYS YOU NEED TO. The sign she is referring to was a 8x10 box that was tucked away in a corner for any person looking at the thing around would not be able to see.Then she walks away from the checkouts and talked to the customer service department and made us wait one of her coworkers to call us over. This ruined our day and will not be forgotten
