I was out of town for the past 3 days and according to my Walgreens app had two prescription to…read morepick-up. The app told me for one of the prescription I had until September 3 to pick it up. I went to the pharmacy and requested my prescription and was only given one. The pharmacy tech explained the other one had already been returned to the shelf and would not be filled until tomorrow. Because I was in the drive-thru and did not want to hold up the line I parked my car and went inside. Once inside I spoke with the Pharmacy Manager Asna who said it is their policy to return all prescription unclaimed for 10 days to the shelf at 5pm on the 10th day. Even though the app says the prescription is ready for pick up and the pharmacy does not close until 8pm. Asna said it is done at 5pm because after 5pm they do not have the manpower to return all the prescriptions for the day after 5pm there are only two people working. I asked Asna if this 5pm prescription return was a corporate policy, a store policy and if it was written somewhere. I then asked Asna to provide me with a number of their corporate office so I could get clarification on this policy. Asna, the Pharmacy Manager, then stated she needed to follow another "strict" policy (meal break from 6:45p - 7:15p) and proceeded to walk away and start closing all the interior windows to the pharmacy I spoke with the store manager on duty and requested the corporate office number which she provided. I called and filled a complaint with the corporate office and they told me I would hear back from a district manager in 2 business days. At 7:23 I received a text from Walgreens stating my prescription, that could not be filled until tomorrow, was now filled. This Walgreens pharmacy at the time of this had a 2.6 star review out of 5. After this encounter I wonder if the pharmacy management is where the customer service failure is taking place. Pharmacy Manager Asna - Do Better!

Dealt with another person also named ALEX who talked to me like I was some sort of drug addict for a psychiatric medicine that I've had for years at CVS Under no circumstances should you ever go to this store and use their pharmacy. I believe the only recourse here will be filing a lawsuit for discrimination. I politely told ALEX I would be writing this kind of review and her response was: "DO WHATEVER, I DONT CARE" ALEX doesn't seem to understand or care that people can, and will, die from her mistreatment.

Vomiting and diarrhea for days. When I went to return the item and explain what happened, they down right refused my return. I understand that stores can set their own policies and whatnot, but this was an item that had gotten family members incredibly sick. Disappointing and very frustrating of Woodman's. Last time that I will ever be shopping here again. Taking my business elsewhere where returns that make people sick can be taken care of.
