Luckily, The Painted Attic started opening on Sundays and Mondays back in May. This is the exact place I dream of when it comes to antiquing. Inside this 1895 white Victorian home there are 14 vendors selling anything from Pyrex and Corningwear to cast iron, paintings, and used clothing. The owner and his two cats were super friendly and helpful. If you love the thrill of the antique hunt and vintage homes, this is the stop for you. They rotate items regularly, too!

Other than a few sections, I found this store to be well stocked and clean. The parking lot cart corrals were cleared. The greeter was present and actually greeted me as I walked in. I found the stuff I was looking for easily enough and the things I'm usually challenged to purchase as my store, were here. A specific brand of cat litter, olive oil and my preferred brand of toothpaste. It's just so much cheaper at Walmart than getting them shipped from Amazon. It's hard to believe that I'm writing a positive, almost glowing, review of a Walmart. I guess I'm just used to my local store being so awful. I would have loved if this was a grocery store where I lived- i could come here daily. It is a nicer equivalent of Aldi in my opinion. It carries both off brands as well as major brands. Manned checkout counters were empty when we were there. But staff were on hand to assist. Staff were very friendly. The self checkout catalogs were not complete for self checkout. We couldn't find the selection for sweet potato. It was very neat and organized. Overall I really like Leidl

The service was terrible. I called to donate a couch, hauled it on a truck, and out to Habitat. One…read morelady walked out and before she made it to the drivers door, I see her shaking her head in the review mirror. I asked what the issue was and she told me the couch was TORN. There wasn't a single tear and to make matters worse, the chair was upside down. I explained that it's normal wear and tear as she continued shaking her head looking for imperfections. I'm not sure what kind of brand new furniture they're looking for and I understand that they can't take just anything but my goodness.

This is about a donation I made. I wanted to give away wire…read moreshelves and learned that Goodwill doesn't take them. I called this place and left a voicemail and someone called me back right away. They said 'yes' we take them. They gave me the hours of operation and directions. When I pulled into the parking lot all I saw were parking spots and a sign on the first door that said 'use the other door' but NO sign directing where to drop off. So I parked, when in the 'other door' and I nice lady said 'just drive around back'. That's all she said. As I was driving around back, I then noticed a sign on the 'side' of the building which you WOULD NOT SEE as you pull into the parking lot. It said 'donations' in the rear. NO one was there to receive donations. It's NOT LIKE Goodwill. They won't offer to give you a receipt for your donation for tax consideration. I just dropped of the wire shelves. There is NO ONE there to help if you need assistance, you're on your on. I think former Pres, Jimmy Carter would have been disappointed at the lack of organization.
