She didn't try to price gouge me or upsell me and even gave me a same day turnaround of two hours! What's really wonderful is that you're not dealing with a big box store, but instead a person who is truly passionate about her craft and wants to make sure that everything she does is perfect. I have to admit, it looks better than before it was broken. She did such a tremendous job, and I'm happy to be able to display it. Their products ranged from antique to modern and from basic to "top of the line."  They are much less expensive than new, sometimes very unique, and always good for the environment. They would pick up resellable items, so please call them before one puts any furniture out for the trash. They do great things for the community as a nonprofit and try to support their cause if one can.

The specific milk product that we use is often out-of-stock. The scallions typically look like they sat in the back of a truck for two days. The selection is small compared to some other grocery stores in the area. For vegetables and milk, my wife now sends me to ShopRite in Oakland. I feel sympathy for the employees. The salary is probably substandard, they likely encounter rude customers, and opportunities for advancement seem limited. As a customer, I have never been treated badly - and only wish them well.

I explained my situation and the associate in the photo department was kind to print my 50 photos next asking to wait about 7 mins. Of course, we shopped a bit while waiting with my little son. We paid for our purchase right there at the photo department counter which is very convenient. The associates were very friendly and we had a few laughs about my 4 year olds choice of sunshades on this bright but extremely cold winter day. My 4x6 photo prints came out great - quality and color. So overall experience was very pleasant!
