For the physical location of this store it is literally at the line of Northern Cambria, literally just outside of the line. If you look on your receipt (if you take it) you will see that the address on the receipt states this location is in Carrolltown (with a Tennessee phone number, yes, look at your receipt). But, if you just happen to be reading this review, you will see that Yelp has considered this location to be in Hastings. However, maybe from the time that this location has opened and the time that you are reading this, this will all be figured out and you will not care either way. It is odd to see a DG here, especially since there is one in any direction of this spot less than five miles away. Northern Cambria is probably five miles wide to begin with and there is one down in the Barnesboro section of town. Especially since there were rumors that a gas station were to be on this land, but because of the closeness to the creek they wouldn't allow it (even though the Sheetz in town is right next to a creek as well). But I digress. What is nice about this location is that it is still new. Maybe this location is still in the honeymoon phase, but it is quite possible the best DG that I have been in in a very long time. It is bright, it is neat, it is stocked, there are no carts in the aisles, and I was able to find everything I needed. Odd. Never had that happen before in a DG. One thing about this place too, it feels a bit dystopian. You feel like you might be in a social experience. It feels like there are no staff in here, even though they are milling about in the aisles. But when you get to the checkouts, it is all self checkout with one singular checkout in case a customer needs to checkout with a check or buy a gift card. Like I said, this location is an oddity from the location to the state of the store.

Came in here because we were in need of some very specific frames that you can't just pick up…read moreanywhere. As soon as we came in we made our way back to the framing department and looked around as to what they had to offer on the shelves. Which wasn't much when it came to the size we were looking for. Unless we wanted to come in and have them frame it at a later date. We found that out after having to play hide and seek with the employees here. After looking over the shelves just to be sure that there wasn't a hidden item that would have helped us out we asked one more question. We asked where we could go if we wanted to get a frame like that. They directed us to their competitor. It was odd to have a company tell you to go to their competitor, but whatever. (Just so you are aware, they were completely wrong in this as their competitor doesn't even carry frames) Not the best experience here. Whether it be the shopping experience or customer experience, it just wasn't great. And to tell us to go to your competitor made us think that it wasn't going to be all that great here.
