This Kroger has all the standard Kroger sections including deli, bakery, meat, pharmacy and includes a Kroger Fuel Center. I was visiting the next door massage spa and decided after to swing into Kroger to grab a few essentials for dinner. This location seems larger than others in the area and due to that, the layout is a little different that what I am used to. It is like relearning your favorite store! I had to wander around for bit to find things, but they had everything I needed, which was a pleasant surprise given the current state of things! Service was solid. I did self check and was happy to see the Attendant was friendly and helpful, while making sure she was directing folks in and out to keep the lines down. They also were selling rack of ribs outside, so you could get ribs grill to table! I did not partake, but overheard the interactions of the staff with customers and they were great. Only downsides were the meat selection was pretty limited and the gas prices were not competitive. Even with the discount from the Kroger Plus program, you are still better off hitting a nearby Mapco or Thornton's. Overall, this is a solid Kroger location! I happen to live a little closer to another location, but when in this area, I will certainly swing through.

I ordered the subs online and scheduled for a 3:05 PM pickup time as I had some shopping to do and since one was a hot sub, I did not want it sitting out too long before scooping it up. I entered the store around 2:50 and walked by the sub counter on my way to the fruits section and was surprised to already see both of my subs ready and waiting. Normally something being ready early is great news, but again...one was a hot sub and I was not super pumped about it chilling for more than expected. I went ahead and scooped them up and hurriedly picked up the goods and headed towards self check. The other issue with the sub was they forgot the cheese *sad face* The attendant a the self check was super friendly up front and I was also glad to see that they had everything in stock that I was after. Overall, it was a standard Publix run with slightly disappointing PubSub results, which is rarity in my many years of PubSub enjoyment! I have a few other Publix locations closer to my home, so I think for the sake of all that is PubSub's, I'll stick with those locations!

Today I had to grab some coffee, I prefer the Bullet Proof brand because they test free of mold. I couldn't find the coffee aisle so I asked a staff member who seemed to have just showed up for their shift. They were very polite and helped me without them even clocking in yet! The staff is very friendly ! Well I found my coffee anyways and they had several great organic, specialty coffee brands besides bulletproof! Today's sprouts trip was a great success!

The order was for 3 and the stated cost was $116.00, The young lady at the window told me she would reorder and the cost would be the same. I arrive at the pharmacy yesterday. My 3 canisters were now $575 but dated Jan 1 - not Dec 24 when the order was place. The pharmacist and I had a review of the last two weeks. She took it on herself to fix the issue. The final cost was $125. She save me $450 to start my Happy New Year. It is nice to see customer service in action.

Once one of the employees heard the annoyed customer, she stormed to the counter and said to me very condescendingly that I needed to ring the bell to get their assistance. Of course, there was no sign, and the bell was at the far end of the counter and not very visible. The attendant went on tapping the bell very aggressively, where the other store employee said she would be right with us. That is when the rude employee at the counter said out loud in an angry voice that was not a customer, it was her teaching us how to use a bell. If I did not need to take this adaptor to my very ill mother-in-law at the hospital, I would likely have shoved the bell up her ass. This should be an embarrassment to Dollar General and trash like that should not be allowed to work anywhere around customers.

Drink and beverage coolers , including one with a handful of local craft beers) were well-stocked. The "grab and go" hot case (mid afternoon) still had a few items for sale that looked reasonably fresh (made today ? probably). Chips, snacks, candy, etc racks were well-stocked with the usual assortment of high-cal, salty, fatty ....aka high quick energy items.
