I ordered the subs online and scheduled for a 3:05 PM pickup time as I had some shopping to do and since one was a hot sub, I did not want it sitting out too long before scooping it up. I entered the store around 2:50 and walked by the sub counter on my way to the fruits section and was surprised to already see both of my subs ready and waiting. Normally something being ready early is great news, but again...one was a hot sub and I was not super pumped about it chilling for more than expected. I went ahead and scooped them up and hurriedly picked up the goods and headed towards self check. The other issue with the sub was they forgot the cheese *sad face* The attendant a the self check was super friendly up front and I was also glad to see that they had everything in stock that I was after. Overall, it was a standard Publix run with slightly disappointing PubSub results, which is rarity in my many years of PubSub enjoyment! I have a few other Publix locations closer to my home, so I think for the sake of all that is PubSub's, I'll stick with those locations!

The order was for 3 and the stated cost was $116.00, The young lady at the window told me she would reorder and the cost would be the same. I arrive at the pharmacy yesterday. My 3 canisters were now $575 but dated Jan 1 - not Dec 24 when the order was place. The pharmacist and I had a review of the last two weeks. She took it on herself to fix the issue. The final cost was $125. She save me $450 to start my Happy New Year. It is nice to see customer service in action.

One of the customers mentioned out loud customers were wanting to buy their stuff and go, as we could all here the store employees in a back room, talking loudly about how bad their store was. Once one of the employees heard the annoyed customer, she stormed to the counter and said to me very condescendingly that I needed to ring the bell to get their assistance. Of course, there was no sign, and the bell was at the far end of the counter and not very visible. The attendant went on tapping the bell very aggressively, where the other store employee said she would be right with us. That is when the rude employee at the counter said out loud in an angry voice that was not a customer, it was her teaching us how to use a bell. If I did not need to take this adaptor to my very ill mother-in-law at the hospital, I would likely have shoved the bell up her ass. This should be an embarrassment to Dollar General and trash like that should not be allowed to work anywhere around customers.

It's a crapshoot whether you will come out with what you were looking for or whether you will need to go elsewhere. And the store in Pegram is just as bad. Corporate needs to take some of those profits they're raking in, hire some decent people, and do some freaking customer service training. Clean up your damn parking lot! It's disgusting! If it wasn't for the fact that I need to go farther afield in order to get the things I need, I'd stop going here at all. They've only been in business for a couple of years and if things don't turn around, I'm thinking they'll probably be out of there in a couple of years.

But, today there were no crowds and I easily pulled in, filled up, and grabbed a late lunch. Fair prices on fuel (especially with Shell discount program). Inside...clean (and the staff appeared to keep busy quietly sweeping/wiping down areas on and off the entire time I was there) Restrooms - single M and single W with deadbolt locks were clean and had plenty of hand towels. Drink and beverage coolers , including one with a handful of local craft beers) were well-stocked. The "grab and go" hot case (mid afternoon) still had a few items for sale that looked reasonably fresh (made today ? probably). Chips, snacks, candy, etc racks were well-stocked with the usual assortment of high-cal, salty, fatty ....aka high quick energy items. Adjacent area is the "Biscuit Kitchen" featuring Loveless Cafe Biscuits - reviewed under its own Yelp listing.
