But only had two -then finally added a third cashier. All while there were literally groups of staff on the floor and behind the counter. People were leaving the line (that had DOZENS) because they were waiting SOO LONG! And, there were groups of employees gathered within sight of this very long line that was snaking through the store. Just thought Mgt would want to know -it wasn't a good scene!! Lots of loyal NR customers that wanted to spend money-and not enough cashiers to help !!

I feel like Ive seen better selection of purses at different locations, their home section was too small for me. Their beauty aisle was definitely worth my time (face and skin products) but the nail polish options is not what im used to. The staff was cool and made sure to let me know where some of the cool items were so I can keep buying.

Today- I let the lady know in the Hot Deli section and she asks me, "Ranch or regular?" I was confused. I pointed to the FRIED CHICKEN - regular - the big ol pile of breasts, thighs etc. she says again, "Ranch or regular" I said "REGULAR FRIED CHICKEN" - pointing again- she then tries to tell me - they don't sell the regular full size chicken in 8 pieces. She continued to try to give me the little chicken wings. I told her I get it often- she was rude and just told me no. So I said NEVER MIND and walked away. But it really bothered me, so I went to customer service and asked about it. The lady there was nice and she told me she didn't have the answer but would help. So I followed her to the deli - the apparent "manager" began to help me. She seemed just as confused as the First Lady. She then proceeded to help another man who walked up AFTER I had already been standing there. I did finally get it - but it is clearly on the board over their heads a 8 piece FRIED CHICKEN MEAL for $11.97 I think it's time to find another spot for my fried chicken on the rare occasion I want it

Malik is reliable, friendly & helpful. Walmart is very lucky to have him as an employee. It's very convenient to be able to order on line & have a delivery the next day by a store employee in a company truck. They have the distilled water gallons in gallon that are easy open. So many stores have turned to gallon bottles that are impossible to open, especially with a right hand that's not totally recovered from surgery. They have the cat food my babies love in a 30 can box. With 3 cats it's important to have the larger boxes. I love that they will deliver the kitty litter required for my Litter Robot in boxes, rather than bags. They're easier to carry. Because of these heavier products it would be impossible for me to get them from a vehicle into the house. Thank you WalMart & especially my driver Malik.

However, no products in the store matched these prices. When I asked, my sales associate admitted he has never seen a reclining sofa for $499 during his time there. He suggested maybe it was "online only," but Ashley's online reps confirmed that store and online pricing are not connected, and nothing online matches these price points. I tried to escalate to the manager, who gave me a phone number that connected to a warehouse worker who couldn't take complaints. When I went back inside, customer service gave me the same number again. No one could explain the price signs or resolve the issue. Under federal guidelines and Virginia law, this appears to be false or misleading advertising. The signs are up, but the products and prices don't exist. Very frustrating experience.

So 2 more weeks pass until an inspector can come by to check it out, when he comes he says the frame is broken. Cool, cool.
