Malik is reliable, friendly & helpful. Walmart is very lucky to have him as an employee. It's very convenient to be able to order on line & have a delivery the next day by a store employee in a company truck. They have the distilled water gallons in gallon that are easy open. So many stores have turned to gallon bottles that are impossible to open, especially with a right hand that's not totally recovered from surgery. They have the cat food my babies love in a 30 can box. With 3 cats it's important to have the larger boxes. I love that they will deliver the kitty litter required for my Litter Robot in boxes, rather than bags. They're easier to carry. Because of these heavier products it would be impossible for me to get them from a vehicle into the house. Thank you WalMart & especially my driver Malik.

While exploring the outlet, I walked into few stores but didn't find anything worth buying. The sales tax rate was also very high 12%. The food court was little sad. There were few different shops but most were abysmal. The dining hall was also underwhelming with old chair and tables. Overall I wasn't very impressed with the experience, and was one of the least exciting outlet mall I had visited.

I needed a right facing arm recliner and a left facing arm chase, so they take back the recliner that the sales person put wrong on the paperwork.. 2 more weeks pass and I finally get my correct facing recliner. In the meantime we find that the chase back that's suppose to recline back doesn't work and cannot stay up, but only when it's leaning against my wall. So 2 more weeks pass until an inspector can come by to check it out, when he comes he says the frame is broken. Cool, cool. Brand new and it's already broken. 2 more weeks go by and you send me another new chase, awesome. Until I get it delivered and I sit on it.. and it still doesn't work!!!! 2 more weeks and today, another inspector to tell me I'll get a call either tomorrow or by Saturday. Mind you I've had to take days off of work to be home all these days! Yall need to get your stuff straight.

On February 17, my mother purchased a custom sofa from Haynes as a gift for my family. We visited multiple furniture stores before choosing Haynes and were quoted a delivery timeframe of 6-8 weeks. That timeline came and went without any communication. Around week 10, after I contacted the store, I was informed the delivery date had been pushed back. Depending on who I spoke with, I received different explanations for the delay. No one seemed able--or willing--to provide a clear answer. The delay itself was frustrating, but the communication and lack of accountability were far worse. I repeatedly requested contact from someone above the store level because I was getting nowhere with the salesperson and management. Those requests went nowhere. Communication from the salesperson, Brian, was almost entirely through text message. During those exchanges, he told me he would not be paid until the sofa was delivered and suggested I should consider myself fortunate because an Italian-made sofa could have taken a year. As a customer already waiting months beyond the promised delivery window, those comments came across as dismissive rather than helpful. After months of delays, I was finally told the sofa would be available on June 13. Instead of addressing my unresolved concerns, Haynes proceeded as though everything had been settled and attempted to move directly to delivery. At that point, I had little confidence that the company was interested in resolving the problems that had led to months of frustration. Customer care was equally disappointing. My complaint was simply routed back to the same individuals I had been struggling with from the beginning. The only meaningful solution offered after months of delays and poor communication was to cancel the order and refund my money. This was not an inexpensive purchase, and we had intended to buy additional furniture from Haynes. Instead, we chose to take our business elsewhere. While researching the company afterward, I discovered its Better Business Bureau rating and was surprised by what I found. Based on my experience, the rating made more sense. Delays happen. What matters is how a company communicates, takes ownership, and works to make things right. In my experience, Haynes, which also owns The Dump (low-key appropriate), failed on all three counts. I cannot recommend them.

My visit here was on May 3, 2025. We had a chair that was past its life of use, so it was time to look for another one. My mom used the old chair mostly. I had done searches and checking around online before seeing the one at Haynes that was on a clearance sale (it was nearly 70% off). We came in as soon as the store was opening. We were immediately greeted by Kathryn Reese. We had let her know what we were looking for, and she got us to that part of the store. After getting over there, my mom and I tried out the chair that was on display. The chair was very nice. It is electronic too, so you can recline with the push of a button. There is a charging base on it, as well as two storage areas. There is a drink holder too that you can keep it cool with. After that, we knew we would get it. As we were going through the process, I asked Kathyrn about any discounts such as senior, etc. Although there weren't any discounts on the item since it was already on clearance, she was able to get the cost down for the white glove delivery. Every little bit helps these days. After everything was settled, she brought us up to the check-out counter to complete the purchase and get the delivery set up. The overall process was smooth. When the purchase was being done, I didn't even remember I had gotten a desk here over 10 years ago. It was a solid process overall.
