It's very convenient to be able to order on line & have a delivery the next day by a store employee in a company truck. They have the distilled water gallons in gallon that are easy open. So many stores have turned to gallon bottles that are impossible to open, especially with a right hand that's not totally recovered from surgery. They have the cat food my babies love in a 30 can box. With 3 cats it's important to have the larger boxes. I love that they will deliver the kitty litter required for my Litter Robot in boxes, rather than bags. They're easier to carry. Because of these heavier products it would be impossible for me to get them from a vehicle into the house. Thank you WalMart & especially my driver Malik.

So that raised a brow... after finding an associate she took about 15 minutes to find out the price... $59.99 - nah I'll pass. For that price, a small carry on bag or pouch should have been included. But you can find all sorts of chocolates, gummy candy, truffles, ice cream, and etc. At the entrance of the outlet there's other restaurant choices as well, that may be better than some of the food court options. I do like the outlet, but can't stand the parking. It gets pretty crowded and you may have to park further away. They do have a few parking spots in front that you can pay for to park closer. You scan and pay about $7. There's plenty of benches and areas to sit at and even a play area for the kids. There's a pond that you can see from the food court as well. The food court area has a massage chair area where you can pay for chair massages, and there's a cell phone accessories store inside as well. When I went back inside, customer service gave me the same number again. No one could explain the price signs or resolve the issue. Under federal guidelines and Virginia law, this appears to be false or misleading advertising. The signs are up, but the products and prices don't exist. Very frustrating experience.

I had done searches and checking around online before seeing the one at Haynes that was on a clearance sale (it was nearly 70% off). We came in as soon as the store was opening. We were immediately greeted by Kathryn Reese. We had let her know what we were looking for, and she got us to that part of the store. After getting over there, my mom and I tried out the chair that was on display. The chair was very nice. It is electronic too, so you can recline with the push of a button. There is a charging base on it, as well as two storage areas. There is a drink holder too that you can keep it cool with. After that, we knew we would get it. As we were going through the process, I asked Kathyrn about any discounts such as senior, etc. Although there weren't any discounts on the item since it was already on clearance, she was able to get the cost down for the white glove delivery. Every little bit helps these days. After everything was settled, she brought us up to the check-out counter to complete the purchase and get the delivery set up. The overall process was smooth. When the purchase was being done, I didn't even remember I had gotten a desk here over 10 years ago. It was a solid process overall.

The shelves are very rusty and many items have dirt and grime on them or are broken. Today, when I went there was dog poop on the floor. The employees are nice, but it seems like there's no motivation or little incentive to clean and organize in the store. I will drive a little further and go to another Ross because I can't take the conditions this one.
