They will work with you if you need some thing ordered, and they do have really good deals at times when they can get one and pass it on. My girlfriend and I were driving to FL on March 14th when we stopped for gasoline at Kerry's station at exit 58 of I-95 (Rte. 57). While changing into shorts in the restroom I managed to leave my wallet behind. Three hours later I retrieved a message on my phone from Kerry, stating that my wallet had been turned in by a patron (and I didn't know it was gone!) When we returned to the gas station/convenience store I was floored to be handed my wallet back intact, cash and all. No amount of cajoling would convince Kerry to accept a reward, either for himself or on behalf of the unknown patron. Yes I lost six hours for my lapse, but I gained so much more - faith that honest people do exist. My whole-hearted thanks go out to Kerry and the unknown patron that turned in my wallet. Ya'll have raised my belief in people and their ability to resist temptation, while giving a perfect example of "Do unto others as you would have them do unto you." We asked for some kind of gift card or money return for the hassle of the uhaul. Because any other furniture store would not charge to come pick up the furniture At no cost. In another state the big lots will actually refund you for the trouble. However, they refused to do any kind of gift card and was rude. Don't, ever buy any furniture from this store. They don't care about how bad they screw you. So we are now out$160 and no couch in our living room. What sucks is the couch we had before was from big lots and we had it for 6 years. However, we got it from Missouri at a store that is actually good.
