In another state the big lots will actually refund you for the trouble. However, they refused to do any kind of gift card and was rude. Don't, ever buy any furniture from this store. They don't care about how bad they screw you. So we are now out$160 and no couch in our living room. What sucks is the couch we had before was from big lots and we had it for 6 years. I went in in hopes of finding a couch big enough for our family. I found a couch that I really loved, along with a great area rug. I wanted to check out the other stores in the area though, and told him I would be back if I didn't find anything else. I did return the next day to make my purchase. They don't offer military discounts, and like most furniture stores, it was pricey. They do delivery and set up I believe for $75 (roughly!) As far as payments, you can buy it outright which costs less in the long run, or do the payment plan which costs more in the end, but might be suitable for some. After payment, we scheduled a delivery day, which was less than a week away. The delivery guy was very friendly and did set up very quickly. They did forget to bring the rug, but they called quickly and apologized and offered to bring it later in the day, or offer pickup, which ever was easiest for us. We have been very happy with our purchase. The furniture does have a warranty available, so be sure to ask about it!

Claims adjuster Michele Clark used every excuse to assume it was not their gas. I will not be a customer now or in the near future. You can keep your dirty gas.
