The store manager at Oglethorpe - Shanique and employee Lazia were not helpful. Both of them said that you'd have to go back to the one you bought it from since our prices are different. I stated the point that this is a corporate store as the other one is, regardless of price, you should be able to return and refund it as I have the receipt and method of payment with me. She refused to help me, saying that your refund will be a different amount since our price is not the same. On top of this, the store manager was not professional nor did she care about customer service as her employee, Lazia was on a personal phone call on speaker on her cell phone talking about cooking and food. I came back to this store and they accepted my return. I asked them about this and both Jamella and Melissa were frustrated and astonished at this. Jamella informed me that yes you can return an item at another store since we are in the same district. She also said that they probably were lazy and did not want to go into the POS system and process the return. She provided me with a district manager contact and he will be hearing this from me.

It is difficult to do both at the same time this can lead to lines. But please be patient they are going as fast as they can. If you are looking for good deals swing by Dollar Tree.

My mother and I prepared to turn to go down the next aisle and stopped when we noticed an employer standing in the aisle clearly stocking. We apologized for startling her and waited to allow her time to break down the box in her hands and move when she loudly asked "ARE YOU GOING TO SAY EXCUSE ME?". Confused, I said "I'm sorry?" and my mother asked if she had sneezed, all while waiting without complaint. She proceeded to continue on with " We are both standing here and you were about to push through me and you aren't even going to say excuse me???" At which point we explained again that we were not going to attempt to push through her and were, in fact, just waiting for her to wrap up so we could continue on. She proceeded to move toward my mother who was stunned by the interaction as I stated that she was being incredibly rude and that none of this was necessary. As she got closer she said " I WAS TALKING TO HER" regarding my mother who was still bewildered into silence. She finally turned away and I slipped through to go to the front to check out with my batteries and speak with a manager. Laci was exceptionally pleasant at the check out and called for Dan ( name may be incorrect, he was a white man in his 20s /30s ) who promptly came up and heard the complaint in near silence ( while being clearly surprised and unsure how to proceed ) before heading back all the while she was screaming " EXCUSE ME. EXCUSE ME" at anyone she encountered that could be heard. This was the WORST experience we have ever had at a Dollar Tree or retail space in general.
