The store manager at Oglethorpe - Shanique and employee Lazia were not helpful. Both of them said that you'd have to go back to the one you bought it from since our prices are different. I stated the point that this is a corporate store as the other one is, regardless of price, you should be able to return and refund it as I have the receipt and method of payment with me. She refused to help me, saying that your refund will be a different amount since our price is not the same. On top of this, the store manager was not professional nor did she care about customer service as her employee, Lazia was on a personal phone call on speaker on her cell phone talking about cooking and food. I came back to this store and they accepted my return. I asked them about this and both Jamella and Melissa were frustrated and astonished at this. Jamella informed me that yes you can return an item at another store since we are in the same district. She also said that they probably were lazy and did not want to go into the POS system and process the return. She provided me with a district manager contact and he will be hearing this from me.

On this particular visit, I was thoroughly surprised with how clean and organized everything was. There were no walls of boxes and clutter to trip over. They have finally hired more staff. Every cashier was open and there were extra staff in the floor as well. Night & Day from how it used to me. Whomever has taken over this store needs to give themselves a pat on the back. Each area is clearly marked and items aren't cluttered and littered on the floor, but organized on their designated shelves. Which makes it easy when you know what you need and you're just want to be in and out quickly without having to hunt down each aisle looking for what you need. Parking is available in the lot outside for free. They are located in the shipping plaza with sally's beauty supply and next to Moe's across from the Oglethorpe Mall.
