It was 18k gold and I knew the weight on it and how much it was worth. I took it to them for the first time and when I picked up my necklace they gave me a different necklace that was NOT mine. The clasp was different, the cross was different, the chain was only 10k gold. I told them as soon as they gave it to me and they said there was nothing they could do. I even had them weigh it and it didn't match the weight of the necklace I initially pawned and they said they didn't know why. They had no explanation and didn't try to make it right. Bad bad business.

My battery was loose and didn't need to be replaced which immediately illustrated their ethics and professionalism. Oaks Pawn is so much more than a Pawn Shop.
