Website says "must live in, work in, volunteer, be a student, or WORSHIP in Wayne County to be a member of our bank" I have heard good things about this bank, but I find it questionable that they say "WORSHIP" in Wayne County, despite how Wayne County is predominantly Christian, so if you identify with another belief, you're basically screwed out of it? I have a temporary residence with my boyfriend (we commute to Statesboro to school together), and as such, I've been given a hard time by Altamaha and Interstate because despite the fact that I work as a personal assistant (and the fact that I've been living at my boyfriend's residence for nearly a year), they still say I don't qualify as a resident at Altamaha or Interstate. read more

Really good customer service, just think it's stupid you get charged a fee if you don't. Go online and check your account.

Chartered in 1968 by a group of employees from Interstate Paper LLC in Riceboro, GA. We now offer the convenience of 5 branches in: Jesup, Baxley, Hazlehurst, Midway, and Brunswick GA.

Don't plan to going drive thru on your lunch because the tellers are slow. Only had a simple…read moredeposit and it about 10 minutes to get it done and I was the 2nd vehicle in line. You would think if a customer had more than 1 transaction, they would tell them to come inside. Isn't the drive thru suppose to be easy and convenient

I have been going to the branch of this Credit Union in Liberty County for 18 years, at first at the paper mill and now on Highway 84 between Hwy 17 and I-95, and I have always enjoyed great customer service. I also think it is stupid that you have to pay a $5.00 monthly fee if you don't use the online services. I frequently use the online services, so this has not been a problem for me. read more

We applied on line for a refinance on our mobile home and the process and customer service was great! Ms Lynn at the Jesup location kept in touch with me through the whole process and if I ever had any questions she replied promptly and answered all questions! I definitely recommend them and will use them in the future! read more

Best place for banking. I don't have to pay monthly account fees or worry about keeping my balance at a certain level. Plus I'm able to customize the picture on my debit card! Also, if you need a loan or credit card, check here first. Because of their great rates, you'll pay less every month. read more

I have and still do deal with several banks and credit unions in Wayne County. I have found that Interstate credit is able provide me with all the services I need. The staff is very professional and makes one feel like they are appreciative of the business. read more

I've been a member of Interstate Credit Union for 6 years now and we love it! We have never had any issues. You are treated like family when you walk in the doors. There's a lot to be said for that hometown feeling. Would highly recommend to anyone. read more
