When I first moved to Metter, I was skeptical that BI-Lo could match their prices and provide the variety I've come to appreciate. Boy was I wrong! BI-Lo's consistently met and exceeded all my expectations. They have a great selection throughout the store. As an example, recently, my dog needed hydrocortisone spray for a chronic itch she has on her paws. I tried Walmart (two locations) pet stores; everywhere. No one had it. On a whim I checked BI-Lo and they carried it! I find they have whatever I'm looking for, whether it's a great selection of high quality meats, comfort food like no-sugar added ice cream sandwiches or just the staples. I'm never disappointed. While their prices can be a little higher for some items, the discounts from their rewards/loyalty program seems to cover everything I buy. The real winner though is the customer service at Bi-Lo. The people who work there are wonderful! The cashier who was working this morning was the epitome of great customer service. Very friendly, efficient, well trained, and helpful. If you looked up customer service in the dictionary, there would be a picture of Cassandra. I usually don't get wowed by grocery stores. BI-Lo in Metter GA is the rare exception.
