The young white female workers, young enough to be my children followed me like I was going to walk out the store with all their merchandise while their white customers were shopping without the same standard. They just didn't see want I saw from one of their "white customers." YOUR JEWELRY IS MISSING. As an educator it is always my goal when given the opportunity to teach my students how it make people feel when assumptions are made about you because of how you look, talk, etc. all of us deserve respect. Today again was simply hardening. Don't get me wrong the situation was handle with professionalism. I bought my merchandise to prove a point knowing they didn't care. The Owner in my opinion need to address the manner unless this is the POLICY. If so make it known that Individuals that DON'T look like my sales employees are not allowed.
