I was a little reluctant because I figured most of the furniture would be too country looking for me. I must admit I wasn't expecting to find anything there, but I was wrong. I found ALL my furniture there and it wasn't all country looking!! I bought a couch, bed, night stand, dresser, recliner, computer desk, entertainment stand for the T.V., and mattresses! It was awesome to be able to get everything I needed at one place! Not all the furniture I bought was on location. Some of it I had to order. The good thing is CBS is quick and honest when it comes to ordering furniture. I've read horrible reviews about Ashley furniture and how it takes forever to get your furniture. At CBS, they go to the warehouse every two weeks, so it only takes a week or two to get your furniture. However, if they don't have what your looking for in stock they will be honest with you and tell you they don't have it in stock. I've heard that at some other furniture stores (Ashley) all they care about is making the sale even if they don't have the item in stock. Anita was my salesperson and she was terrific!! She was very helpful and honest with everything!! I couldn't ask for a better salesperson. Like I said, I didn't find everything on site, some of it I ordered. The great thing is they had a huge catalog to choose furniture from and Anita was a great help with that too! The delivery guys took great care of delivering my furniture. That's hard work, but they did a great job. Thanks CBS! You guys rock!!

We went back to Darsys intending to return the 3 day old chair with a different one ( more expensive). One that didn't hurt her back. Mr Darsey was very unhappy and acted like it was an inconvenience to him. The wife picked out a more expensive one and he looked at her and said" you better make sure because I won't do this again". After getting back to his computer he started trying to figure out the charges. He asked if we had animals in the house. We have two chihuahuas. After we said we did he tried to tell us he really couldn't exchange it because of dog hair ( neither dog was on the chair). It should be noted he has an Australian Shepard in the office. By the time he figured up the 50% restock fee, delivery and pickup charges it was almost $1000. The whole time his demeanor was less than nice. Zero customer service. He also said no furniture company would do it for less than 50%. I went outside and called Ivan Smith furniture. They charge a 10% restock up to a day with a 20 % after a day. Needless to say we left. I won't give them another dime.
