He came across as a genuinely caring man and it was one of those shopping experiences that I walked out of the store in a great mood because the store employees were so kind.

They were deliered and hooked up at out Lake house but my wife did not seeth washer & dryer uuntil after 48 hours. Home depot would not take back the washer even though it was their mistake unless ip hysically brought it in an paid a 25% restocking charge, I an elderly and only have a small compact hybrid and there is no way I could bring the washer it. I had also noticed a red light on the washer and Home Depot coul not tell me why? My plumber later told me it was normal during spin to lock lid. Not only is Home Depot arrogant and unprofessional , they are also stupid. Be very careful if buy something at Home Depot, you may be like me stuck with the wrong item because of home Depot mistakes and incompetence.

Several of the same people have been working there since then. Providing long-term jobs to a small community is so incredibly crucial in America these days I just cannot state how important. In all of my years shopping there I have never been treated rude. Never. Quite the opposite actually. It is small-town friendly. They act like they have known you your whole life actually. The prices are right down the middle for a small town store. Even contractors shop there, so expensive is a ridiculous statement. They are not expensive, and especially not even close to double. By the time you drive to Huntsville, you have paid more - due to fuel cost. The furniture collection is so vast and nice for a small-town store it is actually baffling. We drove all the way to Houston (90 miles) looking for home furniture a year or so ago, and ended up purchasing our furniture here also. The prices were actually better than the big-barn discount stores we looked at. Of course you have to speak with a sales person to find out that the listed price on the furniture may not be what you end up paying. And the larger your purchase the lower the price plus FAST free delivery is what we got. I am baffled that this store would ever receive a bad review. One cannot believe everything one reads - well, most people know that anyway. SO! - Wonderful store, wonderful people, decent price scale. Go see for yourself! Our builder hired Precision Interior to install all the windows in our new home. Despite paying…read moreover $40,000 to the company they can't be bothered to finish their work. Our first payment of over $10,000 was paid in June 2020, much of the work was done in October 2020, it is now May 2021 and several of the windows still won't close and the window they shattered during installation remains broken. We have asked them several times to come back to finish the job but they can't be bothered. We have been given excuse after excuse such as "they sent the wrong window" (twice) or they will be there "next week." Even during the initial installation the windows didn't shut until my wife cleared all the debris from the rails so they obviously never checked their work. We now have a different glass company coming to fix Precision Interior's work - we can't have our home remain unsecured any longer. If Precision Interior is this dismissive of a full home window installation project imagine how little they care about a smaller one.
