I rounded up to 4 stars based on value alone. I've heard of burgers at car washes but never burgers at a grocery store/laundromat. Yep, they own the laundromat next door too. I came mainly for the burger and jalapeno poppers, but sadly they no longer have the latter, not enough people ordered them. I simply ordered a burger basket with onion rings instead of fries, big mistake! The onion ring breading was so rock hard, it hurts my mouth when I tried to bite into them. The burger weighs in at about 1/3 pound and is pressed very thin. It resembles and tastes nearly identical to Whataburger, with exception of one important thing, they use fresh ground beef here. No surprise a lot of Yelpers mention Whataburger in their reviews. My patty was cooked medium, but they don't ask how you want it cooked. The burger normally comes with toasted bun, lettuce, tomato, onion, pickles, mustard and mayo. I added sliced, pickled jalapenos for free at the suggestion of the lady taking my order. I also added a 500 mL Mexican Coke and the total came out to about $7. They also use American cheese, so I skipped that. As compared to Hippo burger, which I had to pass just to get here, I like the buns here more, since they hold up well. However, Hippo has a more flavorful beef patty, and it's thick which is my preference. Average service when placing my order, but the man at the cash register was very friendly and seemed like one of the owners. They don't have anywhere to sit down inside, so its definitely to-go only. Next time I come back, I'll try a double burger with fries.

I shopped and stood in line probably 30 minutes and the young lady was through checking my items and I looked over between the two registers and picked up some butter cookies. Laughing,,,, I told the lady that I needed these cookies like I needed a hole in the head...we laughed and I finished checking out and left. Couple hours later I was ready to sit down and eat some cookies. Had my Chocolate Milk sitting here and I opened the container and the white cover paper had black oily prints on it. I'm realizing now that I didn't remove any kind of protective wrap that you usually find on Any items these days. There had been none. I had found a little strip of scotch tape towards the top of the container.... As bad as I hate leaving the house, I got my receipt and went back and stood in another 20 minutes line and happened to get the Same lady that checked me out. Laughing,, I said... I told you I didn't need these cookies. She asked what was wrong and I told her and I even opened the container so she could see what I'd seen,,, and she said " We don't take opened food back. My first response was "You Sold it !!! So she called her supervisor who said pretty much the same things. I told her "SOMEBODY " gonna take it !! Off she goes to ask a manager (who never showed her face) and said...." I'm going to take it back THIS TIME and I stopped her right there and said YOU tell HER that she's not doing ME Nooo favor. So she returned it to my card and I already had examined another container and put it on the counter ,,so she said "You want to exchange it " ??? I said YEAH !!! I wanted the cookies and she finished checking me out and I told her again... You make sure you tell your manager that she's NOT doing ME any favors. That's crazy,,, the fact that they will "Sell " damaged goods,, and Expect YOU to use it... but By no means are you to return it. Stick to selling clothes and leave the Food items "behind" Walmart's and Kroger. My advice to customers is IF you buy some of those "last minute items " that you pass by while standing in line, please examine it Carefully. It's there because it makes you make a "last minute " decision without checking it out. This World is SAD these days...Everyone is trying to make a quick buck. But NOT at MY expense.
