Wow - What a find. I am in the midst of a DIY remodel of my condo guest bathroom and I decided to…read morego with a 1940's art deco theme in lime green ceramics and pink. When I looked at some photos of original deco designs on Pinterest, I got a number of great ideas. One was to put wainscoting around the walls. I figured though, that the amount of work put into the actual wood work would be too much for me and a professional artistic carpenter would be too expensive. I was SO lucky that Wainscoting America came up first in my google search. I called Bob and he was kind and gracious and SO helpful. He taught me SO much about design with his mini tutorials over the phone. Over the next few weeks, as time went on, I continued to learn from Bob. We refined all the dimensions as the mini demolition work was done and I just place the order. Part 2 of this review will follow after I receive the actual 128 lbs of wood - quite a lot for a bathroom that is 60 square feet. This will certainly add flair and style to my pink and green bath. And with the 80 year old toilet and pedestal sink I got online from NY Salvage, I think I am headed in the right direction. Working with Bob has been such a pleasure. More later.

I'm a 68 year old woman in 85 degree direct sun with neuropathy. I felt very very faint. As they spent time moving furniture to get to boxes up very high and then opening each one, I asked if I could just look real quick so my few items could get pulled. was told no. then instead of apologizing to the growing line , we were told it was hard on them too No mea culpa "sorry we messed up" but instead they're victim too. He said I didn't know what they're going through and I said you don't know what we have gone through either that morning. He said you're just impatient. Yes I was and about to faint on their floor after being told it was 5 minutes 15 minutes ago. I didn't yell or curse How much easier would it have been to say "Sorry everyone, we messed up and have to organize everything, it's going to be at least 20-30 minutes, please come back later or tomorrow, again our utmost apologies" Anyhoos banned me from their website and another one too, long time customer of 10 years spending significant amount of money that helps in retirement. I was at one of first auction ninjas sales 10 years ago where I drove down to Scarsdale and found they had given my lot to another customer.
