For the sake of 30 euro delivery, you lost a sale of near 400 Euro cash today. I wouldn't recommend this business as customer service is non existent and shop policies are miserable. Love this cvs store in Greencastle. Would be 5 stars but the pharmacy knocked my review down two…read morestars. Everyone working at the front of the store is super nice, always welcoming, and always asks if you need help finding anything. The back of the store where the pharmacy is though, is not so friendly. There are at least three people working there that are nice and actually acknowledge your presence when you walk up to get your prescription, however for the most part you could stand there without a line in front or behind you, and wait while you watch them fill scrips and key in entries on the computer and even make eye contact with you without saying a word. A simple "I'll be right with you" would be suffice but you don't get that. The only reason I come here for my scripts is insurance purposes. However everything unrelated to the pharmacy is amazing like I said. It's by far my favorite place to do my run in and run out "forgot detergent" or "gotta grab make up I'm out of" store. I just wouldn't recommend using their pharmacy. And the fact they don't sell cigarettes is a plus as well. At least they are getting health conscious.

I get my prescription filled every month right around the same day each month, I've dealt with her on multiple occasions and has been rude, disrespectful and nasty to me almost everytime I've went to fill my script ( especially if there were issues or questions about it) this month was the worse! May 22nd 2026 I had my dr send over my prescription and they asked for it to be filled today as I wa leaving out of town and needed to pick it update rather than tomorrow. This became a WHOLE ISSUE apparently, I called and asked why they were you refusing to fill my prescription and explained I needed it today ( to clarify my insurance covers my medication to be filled and picked up 2 days before the 30 day marks ) it was abnormal for me to pick my medication up on the 28th day of my months considering the type of medication it is and I have to leave my town to go there to pick up. Anyway, they returned my call over an hour later, Ethel was immediately rude to me, talking down on me when I was being polite and just trying to figure this out, she claimed my insurance needed to prove this request because it was before fill date ( in her mind ) so I called my i immediately after and spoke to the women who told me, my medication that I've been on for 6 years was approved to be picked up on day 28 every month and that Ethel didn't even try to run the medication on her end. My insurance offered to call them and speak to her. They got back to me and said " I spoke with Ethel, she said that this would be the ONLY time she would fill this medication and she would refuse todo it anymore after this" so here I am confused on why this women thinks she has ANY say about my medication. She thinks she own this pharmacy , she thinks she's a fucking doctor apparently because she is still in there thinking she can tell people when they can pick up there medication even though MY DOCTOR AND INSURANCE APPROVED IT. I will never ever use CVS for anything, myself, my family, my friends, my whole community is going to hear about this and I will make it my personal mission to have her taken out of this position because it is not okay to withhold people medication and treat them badly because you think your some sort of god. I needed so many things at that point, that this was truly a blessing. I was sorely in need the facilities. Once I parked I made my way into the interior. Even though I was in need of the facility, I stopped at the touchscreen to place my order. I feel like this makes the time pass a little quicker if I use the facilities after ordering. Once done there I made my way over to grab a sweet tea and head over to pay. The introvert that I am, I like to use the self checkouts, but I needed to grab an item from behind the counter. Line moved quickly, and I was on my way over to wait for my food. Food was a bit off. I really am upset that they removed tots from their menu. First it was the onion rings, then my fallback was the tots. With that gone, it really has made me (and I am sure many other people out there) cut back on my dependency on Sheetz. Not to mention that this is the main throughfare in the area. With it being of the truck stop caliber, this place is huge, inside and out. I like the ones that give off that vibe, it feels bigger. Higher ceilings, larger floorspace, brighter, facilities are just bigger. Giving off a welcoming atmosphere. It is a great stop during your travel. It allows for food, use of facilities, fueling up your vehicle, and a few other things. I know if I take this route on one of my many trips home, I will most likely stop here again.
