We were greeted warmly, the guy sat on the couches with us when we had questions & left us alone when we did not. We wanted to compare prices at other stores in the area. So we told them we'd be back. When we were disappointed at the other places, were greeted warmly again. Delivery was courteous too. They took real care of both the couch & recliner, and they cared for our home. We were so pleased with them that we came back for a table the next week. Highly recommended!

Their driver crossed the line and smashed the mirror off of my truck and damaged my drivers side window. They then proceeded to leave the scene of the accident and we had to chase them down. They then blamed us and were hostile. The one man asked for our information and would tell their boss and he would get in contact with us. We never heard back so we stopped at their store and were again told it was our fault and that my husband was texting while driving (that was a complete lie)! We were then told to get lost they were not going to make reparations for their bad delivery drivers. Because of their actions I now have to spend $950 to fix my vehicle because I was following the rules of the road. I would never purchase anything from these people. They are totally dishonest and they have no honor. Obviously do not take responsibility for their actions!

Scott has always delivered our purchases for free, even though we live in Pennsylvania! Our most recent purchase was a very large sectional sofa which he had to special order for us. When all of the sections arrived, he called to set up a delivery date with us. When they arrived, they not only unloaded the truck and brought in the sections, but he and he crew member fully assembled the couch and showed us how each recliner section worked. Now days, nobody takes the time to do something like that without charging an extra fee for the service. But not Scott and his helper. So like I say...shop around first, but make sure you stop in at The Home Center Furniture & Appliance Gallery on the hill in Hancock, Md. IF he doesn't have exactly what you are looking for, or in the colors you want, just ask for Scott and see if he can't get it for you!!!
