I can't say enough great things about Mission Critical Corporate and Estate Downsizing!…read more From the moment they arrived to assess the insane amount of "stuff" accumulated over decades that I needed to clear out before I could sell my property, it was clear I could trust Mission Critical Corporate and Estate Downsizing. What I thought would be an overwhelming and costly process turned out to be one of the best decisions I've ever made. They assessed everything, and organized items into the following categories: professional auction, ongoing estate sale through Facebook Marketplace, consignment of over 40 high-end items via eBay, donations to Goodwill and Restore, clean out and removal of junk via local dumpster rental. The best part? I didn't lift a finger. Their team took care of everything--from sorting and appraising to listing and selling. They provided me with detailed accounting and status updates throughout the process. And the results speak for themselves: the sales from the auction, Facebook Marketplace, and eBay not only covered the cost of the clean-out services, but I'm now actually making money off of items I thought were trash! If you're overwhelmed by a downsizing project or estate situation, I get it! I tried to do it myself, and couldn't. My house, barns and miscellaneous outbuildings are now empty, and I just accepted an offer on my property! Do yourself a favor and call Mission Critical today. They're honest, efficient, full-service professionals--and as a bonus, veteran-owned! 10/10 would recommend, and I have - to everyone I know who's struggling with too much stuff.

Although a small family run business, the customer service has always been top notch, especially compared to many other online auction companies I've encountered. Their site provides the best pictures with detailed description of items compared to the majority of online auction sites. Mr Manger has always provided help without asking, quality customer service, and very fair resolutions, regularly that I've experienced, and observed his consistent friendly support to other customers as well.
