Every time I call Brookshire's, I'm told to call back on a different day. I call Tuesday and they're out--then they say call back Thursday. I call Thursday and they tell me to call back Monday. This goes on and on just to try to place an order. The customer service in that department has been the worst. In three years, I have never been able to call or show up at the "right time" to order crawfish. My husband even says he doesn't know why I keep trying because it always ends the same way. I think it's ridiculous that this establishment can't simply take an order for crawfish or call customers back when they're available. It's also confusing because they have a crawfish sign that they are being sold outside, but when you go inside the store, they say they don't have any. Overall, this has been very disappointing.
