Instead of being considerate and asking if I needed help (like any decent person) she proceeded to ring up my items while I'm still gathering everything off the floor. When I finally got up, no hello, no how are you. No nothing all I got was the nastiest look from her. And let me tell you if I looked like her I'd make sure my personality was better.

With inflation, everything is now $1.25, but for certain things, still a great value! There are many items I would not buy here as you can get larger quantities at a better price elsewhere, but this location has a great selection of party supplies, gift wrap, gift bags and tissue, greeting cards (some are two for a $1) and large bubble mail packs. Occasionally, I can find some fun seasonal stuff to give to my great niece and great nephew, like stickers and toys! The location is clean, and they have enough employees here, so i've never had to wait in a long line like their other locations. I purchased a displayed tree that didn't have the box, has been sitting on the floor for awhile (I had my eyes on this tree for a month or so) and I am aware that people have touched this tree, tugged it, turned it. Nonetheless I wasn't going to get it packaged in a box, I was even prepared to have it non refundable. Instead I got the manager with blonde hair and dark black glasses lashing out that they weren't discounting displays. I tried to negotiate and say it was the holidays. This lady continued to respond rudely and so disrespectful. Keep in mind during this situation, we noticed a homeless man that couldn't afford (2) 99¢ ramen. To which we paid, gladly. After exhausting all my efforts to reason with her, I ALMOST decided to just take the loss and purchase it at the price they wanted. Until, I noticed we could open a club card and get 15% off my purchase. Why this "manager" didn't think of this in the beginning is beyond me. How she is a manager is easily questionable. Upon getting the good news, they had what I needed, I headed over with some friends to make my purchase. I met the manager who was very gracious (she was born in the South I remember). She led me to the item where I quickly decided which one I wanted, as there were various patterns. My friends spread out around the store finding interesting things: from sauces to candy and a few knickknacks. Lots of stuff at good prices. The candy was a super bargain. The sauces were very interesting, two hot sauces I've never seen before and some good ol' Heinz 57 products. We purchased three sauces. And some other stuff. The cashier was also very friendly. In Williams it's the only competition for the Safeway grocery store and I'm glad the locals have the option to go to Dollar General and save some money.

No reason for this. I used the same credit card I had every time before. I call to find out what is going on. They inform me that they use a 3rd party verifier and that they have declined my purchased. They could not tell me why but COULD tell me that they would no longer be able to accept any orders from me. lol I then go open another account and use a different credit card. I'm going along. I make many purchases over a period of time just like on my last account when Bam! I am hit again. Denied! Same response. They don't know why I was denied, but can't take any more orders from me. My second account can now no longer be used. What a joke! I won't bother opening a third.

Contacted their customer support and was told that since I was denied by their 3rd-party verification, that NO purchases could be made with the account tied to my email address. Essentially, my email address was blacklisted by some shady "3rd-party verifier" with NO chance for reversal. Stay far, far away!
