I found myself at the ice cream case, there are no non dairy frozen desserts like So Delicious Cashew Milk and Coconut Milk pints or Coconut Bliss. I didn't see almond milk coffee creamer either but they have the basics. I didn't purchase from it but near the ice cream case is a food service counter selling burgers and such.

Dollar General had a good selection of Christmas stuff too. Their floors were worn with some spills. Some crates were left out which made it hard to to get around with a shopping cart. Many,many moons ago, I was searching for employment. A representative for this company explained to me that Bassham Company offers a good benefits package. Ever since then, I had been wanting to check it out. I finally had the energy and time to swing by. Honestly, I can see why I passed by this so many times. Lol. I'll explain. Bassham foods looks like it's easy to get to but, the two places I tried to pull into were exit only. I finally found my way and it was a bit awkward because, there were lots of 18 wheelers around. I walked in and the staff kept to themselves. I did not see any good deals because, I don't buy in bulk. There was nothing that really jumped out at me. There were a few shoppers in the focused on the pricing. The store is old age and some of their products look that way too. If you like to buy in bulk, this may be something you want to check out. As for me, there's really no need to return but, on the bright side, I can check this off my to do list.

I told her I had a medical condition (which I do) and I can't breathe with a mask. She didn't care. No one was in the store except her and me. There was a big plastic sheet between her and me. She wore a mask. I put on a mask and pulled it under my nose so I could breathe, but she still wouldn't sell to me until I covered my nose. I was excited to come back and purchase these items since I merely stopped in for something quick that I forgot from earlier. Fast forward to check out and I was told some of the items I had were not part of their clearance Christmas items. That was disappointing but even more so was the attitude I encountered from the cashier. I said it seemed silly to have these only items that are not part of an ENTIRE isle of sale items there or at least put up a sign. His response was filled with ridicule and should never be expressed in such a way to a customer. I even told him he was being rude which he even laughed at! Congratulations on terrible service and certainly losing a customer before you could even gain one. I do not care what kind of deals you have or if I would spend 1/2 as much money - I refuse to shop anywhere in which staff is going to be disrespectful. We just purchased our first home and have a long list of general items as well as other odds and ends that are needed. We will NOT be purchasing them here and will gladly pay 3x the amount or more somewhere I don't have to be treated the way I was tonight. Common decency goes a long way, unfortunately a poor attitude and the disrespect exhibited that is a part of an associates personality can not be trained or taught, the only option is to be replaced. I never thought I'd advocate for a staff member to be let go; however, the man working tonight topped the cake and has zero business working in customer service.
