I once was in check out and went to pay when I realized my debit card was missing. Rather than letting me come back to pay after work, the cashier used a card and paid for my $10 tab herself. So kind. I went back to repay her with a gift but I never did see her again. This Publix truly does care about their community. And it is a pleasure to shop here.

It is poorly managed. You cannot get service at the deli. People in the cooking area look at you and wave through the windows but i csnt get a pound of delicious chicken salad dished out of the case! I witnessed a female manager going over an employee schedule in front of 4 waiting customers! How bout putting on some plastic gloves Ms manager and digging in to customer service? When the cashier opened a new lane because she didnt want me to wait, i ask why that was not the philosophy in the deli. I was told it is really hard in there, they cant keep employees.
