I've checked out a couple other places for it and they were way over priced everywhere else. Thank God for Dollar Tree. I ended up picking up some towels too, as well as other Christmas supplies. There is a lot of variety at this store due to their size. You will likely find what you are looking for. The store was clean and organized and the cashiers were friendly and even cracking jokes here and there with the customers. This store is at a great location at the intersection of 60 and Valrico road. I pass by it all the time so I like that I don't have to go out of my way or through tons of traffic to get to it. The location in Regency is impossible! Love this store!

I asked for help, a beautiful young lady helped me hunt down the milk! She was very kind n walked around the store n found them fast. If u looking for the milk? It's on the left side all the way at the back. Parallel to the freezer n on the ground level shelf. The young lady had her hair n eyebrows done like it the exact shade of green of the company. I proceeded to the register and the cashier said the basket was more than $1.50. As you can see attached the signs clearly say it was $1.50. I asked if the manager Tracey would verify the price. I took a picture of the basket before going to the register. Tracey took the basket and walked to the back, she came back rather quickly. The cashier said is it $1.50? Tracey said one word... Nope. Then she put the basket under the register, she didn't say anything to me. I understand that items can be misplaced and a customer may have put the basket in the wrong place. My complaint is the way the manager handled the situation. Tracey never said one word to me and she attempted to embarrass me in the line by assuming I couldn't afford to pay for the basket, she never asked if I still wanted it or not. Obviously Tracey is in need of further education in customer service. Tracey should put herself in the customers shoes. All of the items do not have price tags and the store has multiple price points on the products. She didn't offer an apology for the item being in the wrong place.
