Be very aware of where price stickers are located! We bought some photo frames here and never will again. The stickers have such a sticky glue it's impossible to get them off and still be able to use the frame without outside help. We had to use a razor to remove it from some surfaces, Goo Gone to remove the stickiness, glass cleaner to clean the glass up and that's not to mention the paint the stickers ripped off of some of them upon removal. You're also not allowed to take a cart outside the store, so plan on carrying everything with you. The products they do have can range wildly. The items we got that were seasonal, specialty foods and random other things were all great. Again, be aware of tag placement. Although it's called "Dress for Less" I never really found any clothing of interest. The person who checked us out on both of our visits was very nice and polite. It is a newer store, so everything is nice and shiny for now. I did find for many things I preferred Marshall's next door, but for some really unique pieces, interesting food items which can come at a great discount, and some specialty items...it's worth checking out Ross.

They charge ridiculous amounts for the free donated clothes that were giving to help those in need..Now those in need aren't able to pay $13.00 for a used worn out t shirt..and they cannot pay $15.00 for a used pair of jeans either..the shirts most of them are $7.00 people who are less fortunate cannot pay 7 bucks for shirts and try to build up a wardrobe of clothes ok..People who are less fortunate would be doing well to pay 2 or 3 bucks at most for used worn out shirts and let's say 3 bucks for a pair of jeans...this store is not priced for the less fortunate peroid..these clothes are not meant to help the people that they were donated for..this store is only helping themselves to tax free cash. AND THAT THEY MOST CERTAINLY DO.. now for the next thing.. a store employee heard me say outloud who prices these clothes.. So after hearing me speak outloud my thoughts about the overpriced clothes they then whispered for all the employees to WATCH OUT FOR HER..And they all proceeded to take turns coming in and out of the isle that I was in..Im talking 2 or 3 of them in and out like every 2 or 3 min taking turns watching me..And to make sure I wasn't overreacting I went to a different isle then another really quick and they most certainly tripped over themselves to get into and out if both the isles that I went to..So I put back the clothes that were in my cart and left the store..But I had a shirt in my cart that was meant to give to someone to just say I'm thinking about them..They went so far as to run me out of the store like I'm some criminal because I commented on how ridiculous there prices are...These people are not christ like..They are mean and judgemental and are banking on the kindness of people who just wanted to help..they helped these people get rich by being evil and greedy and plain mean. I almost didn't go to this little gem because of the negative reviews I read here on yelp!!thank…read moregoodness I was forced to do so because of the Goodwill store in this neighborhood has some crazy bin sale thing they do so I ended up here. thank God @ Hope ministries thrift store I was delighted to find out that contrary to the reviews, they have fantastic pricing where they do this special thing...It was a blue tag day recently and every item, regardless of the original price, if it had a blue tag, it was only $2!! fantastic !!and the employees were so sweet and helpful and considerate And the proceeds allow me to "pay it forward" and give back to the community especially in times of trouble! I am blessed to have this shop in my neighborhood!! Highly recommended FIVE STARS‍‍

VERY GOOD EXPERIENCES - We hired this mover to load our stuff onto our rented 12' x 6' trailer…read moreonly. Their minimum - 2guys for 2hrs was $260. There was a text telling us when they would arrive - 2 college kids were meticulously loading what was heaviest and what few things needed to go first. Communications amongst us what excellent. The kids were very knowledgeable, respectful, fast and pleasant. We were resigned to the thought that 2bedroom 2bathroom ranch home worth of accumulations would not fit in this trailer. At the end of the 2hrs, the rest of our possessions were placed in the garage for us to load on our own for the next trip. That was the 2guys' suggestion. As of this review, after unloading the boxes, totes and luggages, we don't know if anything were damaged from their organization of the trailer till now we unpack. We do know that tote lids cracks when another heavy tote is stacked.

They broke a 6 drawer dresser (now the bottom 2 drawers are unusable because they broke part of the side that also had the back leg) , a headboard (completely snapped one of the legs off) and a 55" 4K TV (completely unusable, they cracked the screen). We have moved many times and I understand things happen, but I have never experienced the valuation process that they require. Basically asking for receipts of the item broken and how it got broken. Well, everything was fine and usable before your crew touched it and now it's not. I couldn't watch them while they moved everything and it's unrealistic to even ask that question. When things have been broken in the past with other movers, they made it right and paid to replace the items. They gave me about 30% of replacement value credited back. I still have to replace what you broke, but I'm responsible for the majority of the replacement cost. That's not good customer service. Also, if you have a Sleep Number bed, don't let them touch it. Mine still isn't right. Even though they told me that have had no issues and have moved a lot of them. Well, they don't see the issues because it's after they are gone when you notice there's a problem. I would not use this company again. I would give them .5 stars if I could.

We've called the store and 2 different companies supposedly the insurance. No one has been helpful! We had a technician come to look at the furniture and could barely get up out front steps and was unable to lift the couch, our child had to help. THE INSURANCE IS HORRIBLE.
