As good of a value as the pillows were, it was not worth standing in a line that long. This morning I returned to pick up the pillows. Again, it took a bit for someone to open a register, but at least the wait was only one person ahead of me and not 50. I would recommend that managers have a point within the line that if it crosses that point, it's all hands on deck to get people through it as fast as possible.
