I've been in nice, well-stocked and tidy Dollar Stores/Generals/Trees, but this one was just…read moredreadful. There were several employees stocking shelves who neither moved to accommodate me wiggling my cart through the narrow, choked aisles, and others yet who didn't make eye contact nor offer a greeting. The only staff who acknowledged me was the nice older gal who rang me up, the high point of my stop here, not just because it meant that I was leaving, but she was genuinely friendly. There was fast-food trash on many of the shelves, crumpled wrappers from Bojangles, gas station coffee cups etc.. I found it ironic that there was one aisle with trash cans (for sale) flopped around it, yet there was actual trash all around the store. The layout is clumsy, the customer service was next to non-existent. I think I'll stick to the dollar store down at Hamilton Mill. Their check-out may be slower, but it's easier to navigate, cleaner, and more helpful.

Not only are they carrying the generic DG brand product, but they are also getting more and more of the name brand products in the stores and this one is by no means different from the rest. It is quite packed with product for your buying needs. If you are in the Flowery Branch area and you need something quick and you are on Atlanta Hwy, stop by the store to get what you need. It is not packed with people like many of the other "more popular" stores are, so, you'll be able to get in and get out and get back on the road quickly enough. It is a Dollar General though and it isn't the best product out there, but for the price that you're paying and the convenience of the store, this isn't a bad location at all.

On several occasions, I've encountered a RUDE and DISRESPECTFUL older white woman who says she is the 1st manager. Her name is Teri and if she's not the owner of the store why does she still have a job there? She is disrespectful to the customers as well as the other employees. I've witnessed her behavior quite frequently and asked her would she like if someone spoke to her in that manner. I even asked for a corporate number to make a formal complaint, she told me I could find another Dollar Tree to go to. I've been a Supervisor for over 20 years and my subordinates are never treated with disrespect from me. I've heard her call an employee stupid and that was it for me. I will never enter that store again as long as she's employed there. I will encourage my friends, neighbors and co-workers not to patronize as well. Publix's isn't the cheapest on produce or meat but you get what you pay for from a quality perspective. The staff is friendly and helpful. Publix stocks many items other grocery stores don't... for example chicken drummets. Try to find them somewhere else in Seneca or Clemson. Whether you are cooking dinner or planning a super bowl party give Publix's a try.
