I waited a more than appropriate time. The front assistant that manages the self serve was busy talking with a sister and finally loved her way over and popped off with a FALSE and RUDE comment that I didn't need to be moving my items around. First I didn't move anything only 3 items in one bag that was clearly on the scale or the transaction wouldn't have gone thru. Even if she thought I had moved the bag it's her place to assist not critique. too lazy to do job would rather talk. this store is the WORST

There was an issue with the two delivery guys who wanted twice the agreed price to bring this huge and heavy piece into our home.
