Dollar General in Breese Il. is a mess. There is always carts & boxes waiting to be put away. They sit there for days. The stuff on the shelves is just where it lands Its not organized it is a mess too. Paper & tags on the floor. Sometimes there are so many carts with boxes sitting in the back of the store you cant reach paper toewls or toilet paper one time for a week. I dont know who the new mmanager is but they need an adult. All the workers sre young kids who walk around with ear buds in listening to music. Im really surprised the store is still open. read more

I was able to find everything i needed (plus a few things i wanted just bc). Store was relatively clean although cluttered from stock not being put up yet. Everything was fine until i went to check out. Alex seemed very annoyed to have to stop what he was doing to check us out. I get a bad day or whatever but come on. We were overly polite. Even told him to have a good night and didnt even reply. Put a total funk on the visit to breese. read more

This Dollar General has really cleaned up. I love I can go in and find things. The shelves are clean and stocked. The new manager is super sweet and she always helps me when I go to shop. She really cares about her store and her customers. read more
