I was looking for a new dry cleaners and found this place next to my daughters school. Every time I come in I get greeted with a warm smile and I feel like they appreciate my business. I've been bringing in my husband's suits for 4 months and have never had a problem, the clothes are clean and I've never had anything missing or damaged. $1.00 dry cleaners?? WRONG! DOES NOT INCLUDE JEANS, PANTS, BLAZERS AND BIG CLOTHES. They charge for environmental fees plus tax so it's really not $1 for each item. If you have size 2XL clothes, they charge $1.59 and up. JEANS cost almost $3. So basically their sign outside the business is false advertisement. Manager is kinda rude. They need to change the business sign to reflect the actual prices. read more

This cleaner will lose your clothes if not ruin them with holes and stains. They will not repay you for damage and still charge for the service. read more

WORST PLACE! Pls save yourself the trouble and frustration from this place. I don't understand how can this people come to this country and starts business. I was once in line when one customer got mad that they lost his laundry then the lady manager started rasing her voice and calling the customer nasty names. I was so furious of her attitude, very rude yet I kept coming since I didn't know the whole story, until they lost my clothes. This is the worst kind of people to do business with. Very bad work ethics and a bunch of liars! Several small issues like staining my dresses, ripped, color transferred that I just let go until this time they messed up pretty big, I lost all my laundry, dresses that I paid for already. I went there with my already washed white cotton skirt to be pressed only and politely asked that she would starch it so it would not hang so flimsy. The woman got an attitude with me telling me to my face, "I'm not starching this". She could have said that it would cost me extra and I would have paid it. No, she insulted me with her rude self for no reason at all over a can of starch. Remember, it's not what you say, but how you say it. What is the problem to take a can of starch and spray it on the fabric. I now go somewhere else. read more

The worst experience I have had with a cleaners. Clothes never ready on time. Constant excuses given about machines being broken. They Lose clothes and mix up orders. I have been to the cleaners 4 times in 7 days trying to see a manager over lost clothes. Never there, phone number is a fax line not an actual number that someone will answer. The Hispanic woman at the desk is the least helpful person I think I've ever experienced in any retail environment. I can not emphasize any stronger do not use this cleaners. If there was a way to give zero stars I would. Phone number in door and told to use is a fax line. Zero probability of actually getting hold of anyone. read more

Stay away from this place if you have new clothing being starched. Took my shirt brand new from the store everything was good until I got the shirt back. The shirt had a stain on it that was not on it when I dropped it off and the lady that was at the front just told me she couldn't do anything about it to come back on monday this happened on Friday told her to do a report or take pictures of it but all she said was come Monday very disappointed with this place and it's customer service. read more

We had been going there for many years. That ended last week. They ripped a new shirt all the way across and both sleeves. No apology at all!!!! I asked if a machine did it. I got a shrug and "I dunno"~~ They offered $10 for a new American Eagle shirt that was going to be worn for a special occasion. It was almost $40. She said without a receipt-NO. Then she said a 15 dollar credit. I said ok, but I am going to look for the receipt. She said "Don't you go buy a new one and try to pass it off as the old receipt. An older shirt, one month old or 6 months old would not be worth $37.99" I said my family has going there for around 15 years, my parents too. (and I have recommended them on next door) I asked her why she would question my integrity like that. She knew me. She said "some customers do". I said really? You think I would do that? I was seriously upset and insulted. She did not care at all. Zero. Then, as I was leaving...I picked up my cleaning, including the ruined shirt and in a raised voice she said, "No no no no. That shirt now belongs to me." My stomach was in knots, trying to retain my composure. I said Why, it's my shirt? She said GIVE ME THAT SHIRT. I tossed it to her. She did not catch it. Surprisingly, it landed right onto her head! I was so ticked off. Some woman from the back said, "You can't do that". I said, " I just did" ...I was highly insulted by this rude woman! If I could give no stars that's exactly what I would give! WORST DRY CLEANERS EVER!!!! I have been going here for a long time, and my sister and her family too... but this change months ago since the owner stopped going often. So the daughter of the guy who washes the cloth started acting like a manager. She is the rudest, ignorant, mean, person ever. Nobody ever though her about CUSTOMER SETVICE. She thinks that been a manager (that she is not) it's about telling people what to do, screaming and been rude. There is another lady name Martha (I think) and Manuel are nice, kind people and they do know what is customer service... However besides issue of not treading customers right because the owner are not around... the service also went down. The cloth is not as clean, the cloths come out with more spots on it than when you take it in, and they ruined a winter coat BECAUSE they mix the fabric to save money. I hear her saying that to her father in Spanish huh! She though I didn't speak Spanish. Besides that all the cloth is wrinkle and not clean right. WOW TO MANY RULES !!! These folks say a $1 but if xxl then $1.69 or if less then a few pieces $1.69 or other request like special starch extra extra extra. So to get the $1 price you have to have a certain number of items in certain sizes to me to many rules. I want to tell them there are hundreds of dry cleaners and without the $1 price there is no reason to go out of the way to use them. Huge sign that says $1.00 Cleaners. Siri pulls it up when I said 'dollar cleaner'. I get it, there are no more dollar cleaners. But Is it too much to ask not to call yourself "$1.00 cleaner" when you charge $3.00? And where have I been that I haven't noticed an environmental fee? I took 6 items in and the bill was $25 and $4 of it was an environmental fee!!!! Needless to say I took my clothes back to take elsewhere. Sorry to have to leave 1 star.. I never have done this.. BUT after 12 years of me coming here.. they ruin 2 of my shirts.. they wont reimburse but do give me a small store credit.. A week later they ruin another shirt ( all 3 were torn by their machine) and they basically tell me to never come back. The owner Ann.. acts like she is an employee and cant do anything. Terrible customer service! I was actually told by an employee that the "owner" didnt want my business.. I asked for the owners name and she told me it was Ann.. BUT.. Yes the other reviews are right! I used to come here previously a lot, but since I don't need dry cleaning frequently, I have not been there in a while. Would've gave no stars, but it doesn't give that option. Was a loyal customer, but after this last transaction I will not be going there again. Don't know if they changed since then, but they just lost a customer. This was definitely a rip off. You have to have 3 and over items for the price to go down to $1 an item. So I would have to go all the way back home to pick up another item and bring it back to get a discount. And on top of tax they charge some service fee. Doesn't take cc under $10 and they only take checks from select people, which they stated to me. I would've taken it somewhere else if I had the time. Should've read the reviews. read more
