They lost a whole bundle of my clothes to find it three weeks later to give them to me. I had $100 shirt to come up missing and I immediately reported it to the lady there. She claimed she looked for it and looked every day, but however, I still brought my clothes there to get them clean. I came in today 5/17/25 to pick up clothes and drop off clothes. I asked her for the owner's number she refused to give it to me. I did not check pricing on the machines but was dropping off. Rosita helped me and gave me a price of 40.00 for a king comforter plus 2 king blankets. She called me a couple of hours later to say they were ready. I picked up the next day and she remembered me. Nice fresh clean comforters and blankets. I will use them again because it was super convenient and they did a good job.
